WELL IM OUT OVER 2000 DOLLARS AND ITS BEEN SINCE MARCH 30, 2020 (TODAYS DATE MAY 12, 2020) *COST YOU LESS EG BLVD** I was given an incorrect quote which I paid and had to cancel the day after finding out the remaining balance for an ANNUAL payment; $800 Dollars. The representative that helped me was NAYELI CUATECONZTI; She without asking passed my INFO and number to her brother JOHNNY CUATECONTZI whom called me shortly after I received an incorrect quote by his sister. I had NO IDEA who this person was who knew all my business but I went along with it after he told me it was his sister that I spoke with and HE GOT MY annual payment down from her by $300!; BUT, he used all my GIRLFRIENDS CAR info as I found out days later by his quote in my email. I went with is sister incorrect quote and had to cancel BRANCH MANAGER MITCHELLE CORTES: STRIKE ONE: Telling Me it was Direct Deposit when it was going to be MAILED; TWO: Miscommunicating with company cancelled with extending wait from mid April to EARLY MAY. 3: after a rep telling me the check was sent on X date you stated it was done days in the future (Prolonging wait on MY money). 4: Saying "OOPS I READ SOMETHING ELSE" after me asking you to double check what day the check was sent! (I had PREVIOUSLY talked with a rep EARLIER prior to calling on the 12th OF MAY 2020 (unbeknownst to you) whom told me the check was sent several days before the date you stated when asked on the 12th of MAY. PLEASE, this is not made up. Im not even 30 and Proud to say I am a home owner; but this has honestly through a curve financially and has had a significant impact living/bills. I was shopping around for car insurance when my brother-in-law recommended I go check out cost-u-less before I make any decisions. So I called the cost-u-less off of Mack rd. and La Mancha. The woman Marisol told me to just come in because she sounded very confident that she would get me the cheapest policy. Well herself along with her staff did exactly that. At a point when I was being quoted I got a little fustrated and wanted to walk out and pass on the policy, not because of them but because of how broke I am. Marisol calmly told me to just sit back down and give her a chance to work something for me. She called up her boss and had me speak to him personally so that I could explain my situation. They worked out a policy down payment that beat everybody elses quotes and left me very satisfied. The ladies in that office are very polite and friendly and they actually care about their clients. I was at the DMV and received a flyer from Jason Fisk regarding Insurance starting at 15 a month. I needed to get insurance before the DMV will give me my reg. In my rush to get insurance I locked my car keys in my car and was wondering what I was going to do. Jason came to my rescue! He called and used his own roadside to help me get my cars keys out! Worst insurance! BROKER FEE! Ask them whats the Broker fee. What ever you do. Do not purchase the insurance before asking them what a broker fee is. I under stand they have to make commision. But 500 broker fee to "start a policy" is not fair. And the coverage is horrible. If they sign you up with Anchor Genral. Make sure you do not get into any accidents or your screwed. read more
