He said they were a brokerage, so they could shop around different companies to get us a good rate and coverage, which was cool (we were used to going directly to the insurance companies). I called for an auto quote and spoke with Glenn, and he was very responsive and informative. He went over in detail all the coverage's and discounts that we were eligible for and he found us a good premium for our auto and was able to get us a great deal for our homeowners. We have been with the company for over a year now and could not be happier. It's a family owned business, great personalized customer service. Had a great experience and would recommend.

They provide AAA products information, services enrollment, insurance purchase and assistance, tourism services, some DMV services, and notary service. So they really do provide a lot in one location, but of course you need to be a AAA member. The line can get long at times, so bring a book or something to do and expect to wait. However, the lines do move quickly and the staff that work at the main counter are friendly and helpful. In terms of DMV services, which are very popular, they can't do everything, but for sure you can pay for new tags (registration renewals), but be sure to have had your car smog checked first if required. They can also give insurance quotes and explain services that sometimes get lost in translation over the phone for those who want more personalized in-person guidance and help. Good to compare shop for insurance products to find good value since it's getting harder to get reasonably priced insurance coverage as many insurance firms have left CA. This location is open Monday to Friday from 9-6 and Saturday from 9-5 which are pretty generous hours, especially that it's open on Saturday for many who work M-F. Overall, it's a convenient and efficient service center although sometimes the staff can be kind of stressed out so they may not be as friendly, but give them some grace and experience kindness in return too.
