So my sister went here on Tuesday to have balayage done. Brandy is the one who did her hair. She…read moreinitially called back to have it fixed but decided that after them butchering her hair the first time she didn't trust that they'd do a good job fixing it so she called back to request a refund. She spoke to Michelle (who is the owner) who proceeded to call her rude and accused my sister of having had someone else or herself mess with her hair after she left the salon. Michelle claims she saw her hair before she left and it "looked great." I myself saw her hair only a few hours after she got it done and took pictures of it. She also got her eyebrows done and brandy waxed off a good portion of it (shown in photos) and Michelle accused my sister of also hacking her eyebrow off herself. I'm making the review because my sister is in fact no a rude person and didn't want to cause any problems. However I think this salon needs to be called out on their treatment of their customers. Brandy is not good at balayage and obviously not good at doing eyebrows. I absolutely do not recommend anyone EVER go to this salon. Let me also state that I wrote this review as nicely as I could not stating what I'd really like to say. I wouldn't even give this salon 1 star but had no choice. Awful awful place.

[] I've been getting my hair-cut here since October 2011…read more [] Recommend it? Yes! I love Sport Clips. It costs me a total of $18 but it feels great to walk out after getting the Triple Play haircut feeling fresh and clean. [] Wait Time: Averages around 20 minutes. I normally go Friday's after work but if you go Saturday or Sunday right when they open you'll be the first one in. [] Cleanliness: The facility is very well maintained, clean, and presents a professional appearance. [] Cool Stuff You Ought To Know: Sports is always on in there. Also they offer a military discount. They give you a free MVP cut the first time you go there. That means you get a hot towel face massage, shampoo and head massage, and a back massage. You keep your receipt and you can go back and they trim around the ears and neck for free. [] Customer Service = Great! Although I am a little biased, I am so used to the girls cutting my hair I feel right at home. They always greet folks walking in the door and let them know they'll be right with them. [] Audience: Targeted towards men. They have a large screen television in the waiting area and small ones located in every chair/station so you can enjoy the games. Always on sports. I see a lot of parents take their sons there as well so it is kid friendly. [] Hair-cut satisfaction: Well I'm in the army so my haircut is the same all the time. But I will tell you that they get my medium fade perfect each time no matter who cuts it. They write down hairdresser/barber codes on your account so they know exactly how you like your haircut each time.

Plus, I'm definitely not one who is comfortable with make-up, but I decided that this past weekend was the weekend to make a change. She patiently listened to my concerns about not wanting to look like a made-up china doll, recommended some products, and then applied what I was comfortable with to half of my face. I was definitely happy with the results, so she then coached me through putting on the make-up myself. She was always friendly and never belittling and really felt genuine about wanting to help me to feel beautiful again. Eyebrows are a little pricey at $20 in comparison to other places, but since she really tailored my eyebrows to MY face and I was finally happy with my eyebrows, I felt it was actually worth the price. That's my 2 cents worth here; I recommend judging for yourself.
