Pedicure was otherwise good. Never have I ever had a manicurist push back my cuticles without a soak, or even some lotion. Completely dry! I am beyond pleased with the effort the new owners are making to bring customers back. They now have new staff who are knowledgeable, creative, and truly take pride in their work. Hugo was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. When you find that one person you trust because they consistently do great work, it can be difficult when they leave. That's why good communication during transitions is so important. I'm really glad I came back today, and I know Helen, Ken, Kevin, and Hugo will take great care of me moving forward.

Unfortunately there is a language barrier; so someone had to step in for all the questions. I was given a menu with no prices ; so I asked to see the one with prices. Then I had to wait (it was not busy at all) and the owner (female) did my dip nails. Sadly; she is the one that could speak for everyone; so my total appointment lasted a little over 2.5 hours (Ridicukots).this was in part to 2 additional customers complaining and her having to go up front and speak English. One make and one other female customer was complaining). Then before coming back to me she had a whole conversation with the employee I gather the male customer was complaining about. She asked me if I wanted chrome.on my nails and said sure if no charge. My nails look absolutely horrible. If I had the time; I would have asked her to start over; but just wasn't willing to give up my day any further. When I went to pay; the pedicure was $5 more than the price on the menu shown to me; and the "chrome" was a $20 up charge (which she took $10 off and told me I should have said something after one nail was done with the chrome). Fair; but I just couldn't get out offshore fast enough. So no, I cannot return; nor can I recommend.
