I ask for a brown ombre, brown at my roots and the original white at the bottom so when I go back to WHITE the bottom wouldn't be as fried. This woman colors my entire head brown. I'm still pissed about it. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have paid for my visit until she corrected the absolutely horrendous coloring job. The most funniest thing about this is my hair color is a deep rich brown and she colored it with a ash brown color. 10/10 would love refund, but probably won't get one. 10/10 will never come back
