He was very nice and courteous and apologized for the wait. I was only getting a trim, and it somehow took another two hours before I could pay and leave. The customer after me came in and he was trying to do us both at the same time since he was so far behind. I don't mind waiting, usually, and like I said, he was a very nice guy and he did a good job with the haircut, but I was there the whole afternoon when it shouldn't have taken more than an hour at most. All of the employees who were there seemed competent and well-trained, I just felt there was a lack of professionalism.

The establishment is clean and bright location. Parking is easy and it's right off a main street in the shopping center. My appointment started right on time. Kelsey was great. She and I talked for awhile of what I wanted and needed. I had sent her an idea ahead of time, but we tweaked it for me. She was very understanding and made everything really enjoyable. At my appointment I was treated with a beverage. The drink is relaxing as my hair is being worked. The end result was fantastic. I still love the color and the look of my hair. I will go back to work with Kelsey again.

She styled it nicely, so I wasn't aware of how bad the cut was. It is not even on the sides. I didn't want bangs, but she definitely cut pieces that are way too short. This is the worst hard haircut I've ever had in my life!

We did not know we needed an appointment but Maddy still fit us in and treated us with care and expertise. They not only honor the wig voucher that was gifted from folks affiliated with the cancer center, but they also are part of a program that makes up the difference! She got a great $550 wig at no cost to her! Do note that they only have synthetic wigs so if you are looking for human hair ( we will get another one somewhere else), this is not the place. Also, they did not have the color we needed but they ordered one and we should have it in 5-7 business days.

Quick Review: Tim is obsessive about a great haircut and it makes such a difference. He is not just…read morecutting hair in any old hairstyle, he is cutting YOUR hair to suit YOUR face. Amazing. Long Review: My hair was crazy curly all my life and with every child (I'm due with number 4), the curls kept getting less and less but I kept getting the same haircut over and over. Flash forward to my haircut with Tim. At my wits end, and having already chopped some hair off myself in a "throw my hands up" and "I'm done" attitude, Tim did an amazing job. He looked at my throw back photos with the curls, checked out my hair now, and then went in with a plan to frame my face and make my hair have some bounce and volume back again. After he washed and cut my hair, he blew it dry. Then, HE CUT MY HAIR AGAIN DRY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS PERFECT. I have never had a hairstylist do this before and what a huge difference his attention to detail made. Bonus: I've got a lot more hair confidence. ‍
