After choosing said treatments I scheduled for a Sunday at 2:00 pm. Their hours on Sundays are 12- 6 pm. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:55 for my 2:00 appointment I checked in and my hairstylist walked me back and told me we didn't have time to do what I wanted, so she was just going to do highlights, so first visit $150 and I was leaving at 6:00 with not what I wanted and having to reschedule to comeback. We ended up rescheduling once due to a snow storm and once because I was sick. Finally I showed up for my rescheduled appointment at 12:00 pm. I was there again until 6:00pm and again leaving with not what I wanted and another $150 down the drain. So $300 down the drain! I get married in less than 6 months and my hair looks like shit from how damaged it is, it honestly looks like I style my hair with way too much heat on my hair and I RARELY style my hair with heat, and by that I mean literally maybe 2x a year max for a special occasion. I'm attaching the Balayage style I was going for with my natural hair VS. what I received. And from previous reviews even on google, I doubt I will get a full refund or even a portion of it back.

Jaci Gunville was SUPPOSED to do my hair. Not the best professionalism. Beginning of March I…read morescheduled an appointment in April with Jaci at 10am. Backstory; I live 2 hours away from GF. There was an advisory for snow to begin falling in the afternoon and all through the next day. I'm in my last trimester of pregnancy as well, so I was skeptic on driving there in the first place but this apt was for my baby shower! Jaci sent me a reminder text regarding the apt the night before. I confirmed. As I'm approaching GF, I received a text from Jaci stating she feels unwell half an hour before the apt and wanting to reschedule to the next day.. I told her that's unfortunate as I could understand her situation. But with it being so last minute and her confirming the apt was a go the night before.. cmon. I tried requesting a later time in the day until she feels better, I was willing to do some shopping and visit a friend while she gathered herself. But she seemed adamant on staying home to rest. As I can understand feeling sick unexpectedly and how it can cause inconveniences, the appointment was scheduled a month out. And was also spoken about the day prior. Maybe it's just the hormones but definitely experienced my first pregnancy rage moment (:

Jaclyns response was well you should have called me right away and if you want it redone I can redo it for 1/2 price. No Thank you. Then I called the Studio and they told me they are not responsible. I Asked for owner to call me and no one called. I will never go back Studio South has lost my business.

These ladies did an excellent job on styles/updos for a wedding party that I was in last weekend…read more I've been in quite a few weddings, and this was by far the best wedding hair experience I've ever had. Even though it was early on a Saturday morning, Mikki and Jadie were both super friendly and fun! The weather, however, was not cooperative at all. It was pouring cats and dogs when we got there, and the rest of the day was super humid. Amazingly, all of our hairstyles actually stayed in place and looked beautiful throughout the day (and night)! Mikki and Jadie really know their stuff! The salon itself is quiet and clean. I had no trouble finding a parking spot nearby. One of my close friends (the bride) gets her hair cut and colored by Mikki on a regular basis, and it always looks great. I highly recommend checking out Fringe Salon!
