A friend referred me to Dr. Kiefat saying that he had helped others with my same issues. Not long after starting to see him my headaches began to be less often and less severe. Now over a year later I rarely have migraines. I went an entire year without missing a day of work from migraines. I would encourage anyone with frequent headaches or back discomfort to see Dr. Kiefat, he does an amazing job.

Barely an apology...they just said, "things happen"! No x-rays or anything basic done. Today I call and they put me on hold after me explaining that my daughter was indicating tooth pain...after being put on hold, the receptionist came back on and asked me what I needed again...I asked if she were the person I had just spoken to and she said yes...then again I restated what I needed and she then cut me off and said they didn't have any appointments so I would need to call around. I said this is why I established care for my daughter here for, so she could get seen when she needed to. I was told to "call around"! Not sure if we're being discriminated against because my daughter has special needs but I'm beyond disappointed/dissatisfied! My daughter deserves the same respect and consideration as every other kid! They did NOT give my child a "tour" and there was not a misunderstanding! I do NOT recommend!

The man that was also working there was amazing to. I didnt get his name..one more thing I want to add is when I told her about my experience at my last exam how the dr was in such a rush and that I was never happy with my prescription she took the extra time to show me what my new script would look like. I cant wait to get my new script and new franes. Its also very good price..for my exam, the new lens and frames the total was 160.00 I couldnt get mine done same day since I have astigmatism, and got the no line bifocal, anti glare and scratch resistant its gonna take up to 2 weeks. Again I highly recommend this place. They also take walkins.
