Ivy is phenomenal, the entire staff was sweet and attentive. To say I now only have to drive 1 mile to get my nails done has me over the moon elated. And girls I'm as picky as they come when it comes to my nails. Def deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you Ivy!

While he did my pedicure two other ladies walked in, at this point we had been waiting well over an hour, he greeted him and told him what they needed. We figured after he did our nails, he would do her manicure. While we sat there, they never mentioned anything about them having a appt or us having to wait for my mom to get her nails done. Even if they had clearly communicated, we would have left and got services else where, where we both were able to get serviced. They clearly didn't have an appointment, it was very obvious because of there initial interaction. We got there at 5 they close @7. They asked what they were their to get, she had brought a friend to introduce, etc. When he finished my pedicure he proceeds to ask me if I needed anything else, I said no she just needs her manicure. He then says he can't, he has to get to them, and she can come back tomorrow. I don't appreciate that and won't be spending my money here anymore.

He asked me what color and I said french tip and he looked at me like I was crazy then tried to make a joke like we only have American here. I laughed and at first thought he was joking I asked him to make the water a little less hot and he said he felt sorry for my husband because I was being too much. I came to get a pedicure for my wedding and Sam made this experience really bad instead of being nice. He also told me I was making his back hurt just a horrible experience. First of all, her nails were supposed to be "almond" shaped. Instead she got a modified pointed type nail? The nail is oversized for her actual nail/finger. The material has been applied too thick and messily. She has paint remnants all over her cuticles. There was a literal hunk of the nail material on her skin by her thumb nail. The final straw were the "hearts" that had to be removed because they looked like male genitalia. Needless to say, lesson finally learned.
