I recently had Vaser Lipo surgery performed by Dr Ajaka at the Cosmos Clinic. I began with a consultation with Dr Ajaka and I was most impressed with his professionalism and humble nature. Dr Ajaka, was not there to sell a service, he provided accurate information on the procedure, expected results and I never felt I was under pressure to go ahead with the operation. The decision was purely left to me. Anyone that has been to other clinics I have no doubt would have experienced the selling tactics by some staff that are not even doctors. I myself have been a victim of this on 3 separate occasions. However, not at the Cosmos clinic. I had the procedure 3 weeks after my initial consultation and all went well. The first 48hours there is some discomfort but nothing that you can't get thru. The support and guidance you are given by Dr Ajaka, the nurses is second to none. They really make an effort to ensure you are going ok. You are provided with the Dr's mobile number to make contact if there is anything you are concerned about post op. You are also provided with massaging services to help enhance the procedure even more. I have to say the results have exceeded my expectations. I don't normally do reviews and social media type things (I don't even have fb) but I was so impressed with my results, the treatment I received, I thought it was important to share this information so that people go to the right person for the job. I have since been back for some Botox and the results were much better then when I attended laser clinics. Dr Ajaka is a master of his craft and you are in the perfect gifted hands of not only a fine doctor but a very sincere and honest person. I went to Cosmos clinic for liposuction and I am very pleased with the results. They are really professional, safe, knowledgeable about what they do and really look after you during the surgery and also include aftercare for weeks after your surgery. My results were extremely pleasing and I have lost fat on my tummy and abdominal area, have a pinched in waist (check out the photo) and have got rid of the hanging fat under my arms. I am 31 but i look like i am in my mid 20's now !!! A lot of people told me not to go for surgery and to go to the gym instead but i just found it impossible to lose fat on those specific areas so I took the plunge and am happy that I did it. Now i go to the gym to tone muscles instead of spending the time losing fat! Dr Ajaka is an extremely skilled surgeon who really listens to what you are asking for and does deliver the results you are after. I found Cosmos clinic to be completely safe, professional and the job was very well done and they helped me to get through the healing process after the surgery. I am a 48 year old female ,very fit and take pride in my appearance.I went to Cosmos Clinic the first time in March 2015, I had a huge complex because my neck was sagging and my arms were becoming "nanna arms", I train 5 times per week and combine a 90 minute per day gym session with a combination of cardio and weight lifting.I have had many procedures over the years and wanted to have a mini neck lift and liposuction to my arms and some areas on my back and sides. Traditional liposuction was not an option , I had too much loose skin, after research I found out about vaser laser liposuction , I booked an appointment to discuss my neck and arms. .I was pleasantly surprised with the information supplied , the pricing was very fair and the surgery was done on their premises which suited me as well. I had vaser laser liposucton on my neck and arms plus "I Guide"thread lifts .The procedure went well, I do tend to have keloid skin, which means I don't heal very well and scar easily, but the aftercare massage and sonar care was brilliant, they smoothed out any imperfections with their advanced equipment and excellent physio therapy staff, all after care service forms part of their service, after many previous plastic surgery procedures I found this truly amazing, the charges compared to after care service is more than reasonable.They really want you to get the best result. Vaser laser is far more effective because the laser tightens the skin and they use a more superior method to remove fat , I now have have toned arms with definition plus my neck looks amazing . I was back again in January 2017, I have recently had a "Brazilian B Lift" plus liposuction on my legs and stomach for high definition abs, so far all has gone well and I am very happy once again with the results , its only been 11 days since my operation and once again the aftercare service is fantastic.
