My visit here was on August 29, 2024. This store is very easy to see when entering into Pembroke Square from Virginia Beach Blvd. Parking in front of the store is limited, but there is other parking available as well, so there is plenty to go around. When I first came in, it looks similar to other locations, except that it is a much larger location. There was quite a bit of stuff to choose from. At the time, there were lots of fall and Halloween themed items here. They always seem to have some type of sale going on, and this time was no different. I explored the store for a while to see what they had. On this particular visit, I didn't find anything I wanted to get that day, but that doesn't mean anything as I wasn't necessarily looking for anything in particular. I ended up not staying too long because it was hot in there that day as their A/C had gone out. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful for any questions. Since they are a larger location and have more things to choose from, I will be back in the future to see what else I can find there. I like that they change with the seasons and holidays. I called this store to find out if they carried a certain oil. Right away the woman who answered…read morethe phone chuckled at my question as if to imply that I was waisting her time. When I brought it to her attention that she was being rude with "umm excuse me" she told me that she had the product in stock. I then asked her how much it was and she told me that she could not give me the price of the oil. I asked her why and she repeated herself. I told her that I heard her the first time and I asked why she couldn't tell me the price. She sighed and told me that she had customers and hung up on me. I called the store back and she picked up and placed the phone down left the line open for a minute then hung up again. I called back and when she answered I told her that I had called and she hung up on me. I asked her again the price of the oil and again she stated she could not tell me and that I would have to "come here to find out for myself". I'm in such disgust over this store, her most especially. If you're not going to be efficient in the job that you're supposed to do because you're unhappy with it, step aside and let someone more useful to the store and society as a whole, have it.
