I went in one day to purchase an item to complete my set so I could start using ZO products. She also told me about the spa and gave me a booklet on products. She never did a hard sell or anything; just "valuable" information. When I got home I felt like - "I like this place and I would like to give them a try", so I did - today. :) I walked in and still felt joy, lol. The staff was happy, the people in the waiting area were happy all was good in the world. I had my coffee, filled out my initial paperwork and was whisked off to the back on-time. NOTE: I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. I got an Aesthetican named, Nanette M, I recommend her, awesome personality and excellent service. Thought I am sure both ladies are good. I am moving to Tampa but I really enjoyed my service so I will be coming back to visit St Pete on a regular basis.

They do offer to ship it to your house however that can take up to two weeks. Take away- don't be like me and wait until your product is out before trying to stock up again! They have a $25 or less section which gets me every time! I find the best trial sized products there that end up being my favorites and when I come back I'll get the full sized version.
