I went in one day to purchase an item to complete my set so I could start using ZO products. The lady at the from desk was so welcoming and quite funny as well, she sold me the product I wanted and give me a quick but comprehensive How-To refresher. She also told me about the spa and gave me a booklet on products. She never did a hard sell or anything; just "valuable" information. When I got home I felt like - "I like this place and I would like to give them a try", so I did - today. :) I walked in and still felt joy, lol. The staff was happy, the people in the waiting area were happy all was good in the world. I had my coffee, filled out my initial paperwork and was whisked off to the back on-time. NOTE: I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. I got an Aesthetican named, Nanette M, I recommend her, awesome personality and excellent service. Thought I am sure both ladies are good. I am moving to Tampa but I really enjoyed my service so I will be coming back to visit St Pete on a regular basis.

The new patient forms were all online, which was SUPER convenient! I got email and text reminders about my appointment. I arrived shortly before my appointment time and was called back very quickly. The nurse had an iPad with all my info readily available & she came in the room having already read over my paperwork. I can't tell you how nice it is to not have to repeat yourself 10 different times. After I went over my concerns, the nurse went away for maybe 5 minutes and came back with the doctor. She took the time to listen to me. I never once felt rushed, in fact I felt like the only patient in the place. I ended up wanting to get Botox and instead of making me schedule an appointment for that, she took the extra time to do it right then and there! She went over all of the pros and cons & provided me with clear expectations. I really couldn't ask for more.

Now after seeing Dr. Arrington for 10 years I have to find another Dermatologist and I hate that . But I must say Dr. Arrington deserves 5 stars but the insurance department gets a half a star.

The standard sized brass 'spirit eye' lighter cover I came in for was sold out, which was okay, that just means I get to make another trip down the road. They make their own fragrances too and I ended up getting the "Lagoon" one which was fitting while in St. Pete's for a beach day. Desert Fleur was also a front runner for next time. They also have a beautifully curated (smallish) selection of clothing and jewelry. A sweet little opal ring came home with me. Not to be missed is a great selection of pillows by Justina Blakeney, the boho goddess herself, along with super cute wall hangings in every shape and size. Overall the store had a great vibe. Great customer service to boot. I love when store associates get as excited as I do about things they also have a passion for.
