He asked that I send photos and videos of the work I needed to have done which I did. However, there was already some confusion because I received a text message asking me if I had those pictures and videos that we spoke about. I said, " I sent them hours ago to the number I called you on earlier you didn't receive them"? He said, "No, please send them here if you can thank you" which was a different number than we originally spoke on. So I sent the videos and photos to that number he texted me from. He said, "thank you I will review and get back to you tomorrow, enjoy your evening". Then I was told that he was drafting up my estimate and he had a couple of questions so we spoke over the phone about whatever questions that he had to ask me and we ended up scheduling the appointment for him to come and do the work. He also emailed me the itemized bid. The day before the appointment I had to reschedule because my work schedule changed so I sent an email to him requesting for us to reschedule since we had exchanged a few emails back and forth leading up to this point since I had a few questions for him and regards to the estimate. I don't think he liked me questioning some of the things on the invoice because after my request to reschedule the appointment via email and text message I never heard back from him again. Mind you I had already provided a $100 deposit via venmo which was not refundable. I tried reaching out to him a total of three times but he never got back to me.
