I wanted swarovski crystals and the nails tech used cheap glue and rushed me in the process of doing my nails so the crystals fell off the same day. I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. I was charged $165 for gel x nails and a half job pedicure. I paid for deluxe pedicure and did not receive that. Paint job on toes looked fine but my nails look terrible.

I googled and yelped around to find a new nail salon for my pedicures as my usual one went down in…read morequality since my nail tech left. I called ahead to see if I could just walk in and Q confirmed with ease. I've passed this place many times but never noticed it. Great to see it's so close to my home! I work a lot on my feet so I actually get pedicures for the massages, creams and lotions lol. I know I can just go to a foot spa but I'm killing two birds with one stone like this :) I chose the deluxe pedicure since it was the closest service option that I get like my former place. However, the price point was cheaper and included other items like a paraffin wax! I got assigned Ana and she was AMAZING! Attentive with my pedicure, busted out the electric file for my callouses, did a great trim and shape without any direction and provided a clean polish appliqué. More than anything, the massage throughout was golden. She didn't seem distracted or was continuously talking to coworkers during the relaxation portion like I've experienced at other salons so I appreciated that. The salon is cute with a floral design and they have TVs and music for ambiance. I noticed upon check in that they have a rewards point system for discounts on future visits the more you go. Can't wait to come back for my next session!

She was incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and so sweet throughout the entire appointment. Although I booked "express" services she took her time; she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. This was my first time back at Sapphire Nail Salon in over 10 years, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were. The service far exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed instead of disappointed. Removed 1 star because of the $3 service fee if you pay with card.

I would consider this my starter nail salon. Before coming here a few months ago I had only had my…read morenails professionally done a few times in my life, so with that lens I wasn't experienced enough to tell a good gel mani from a bad one. The last time I had my nails done here my gel mani was left very chunky and uneven, and one of my nails was trimmed too short on the side (not the edge) near my cuticle. It didn't bleed but the skin was tender until it grew out. I still have no idea why someone would CUT into the side of the nail when it just needed filing but I guess you get what you pay for? My next salon spent a considerable amount of time drilling down the excess and gave my nails a normal shape again. I doubt I'll be coming back.
