I've been here twice with two different MacBooks. The first time I needed my screen replaced. When I complained saying I didn't agree to pay for a damaged product the guy reminded me that I had already signed an agreement (I did, but that doesn't make it right) and that all sales were final. A few years later I came with a different MacBook that wasn't charging. I was told over the phone that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. So I declined their business. I then went over to Ithaca Mac Repair who told me all I needed to was to clean the charging port with rubbing alcohol. Overall the customer relations were horrible, and they did not do quality work whatsoever. Mabe no one will ever see this review because of the messed-up algorithm, but if you do please don't give this shop your business it's not worth your time or money.

In about an hour Ivan had everything fixed. I wasn't even expecting him to do the work right then, but he did, and the price seemed reasonable. I don't have anything to compare it to as I had just moved to Binghamton, but as I said, the price seemed fair, he was very competent and explained everything he did after he was finished, which was a nice touch.
