I am a kindergarten teacher and when lice went around my classroom I had the misfortune of catching it, as well as passing it on to my significant other. Being on a teacher's salary, I was not looking forward to paying ridiculous amounts of money for lice removal, but Lice Schmice is way more reasonable than any of the other lice removal services. $75 an hour---which seems expensive but compared to the $150 an hour others charge it is a steal! Angel, the owner, is incredibly kind, knowledgable and thorough. She uses natural enzymes, essential oils and a specialized comb to remove lice and nits. (She explained to me that lice are now resistant to the over the counter shampoos you can buy at the drug store.) In addition to being a super star at removing lice, and great to talk to during the process, Angel is also so generous! She volunteered to come into the school where I teach and check the kids for free! She spent 3 hours meticulously checking kids, and helped us identify about 8 cases that we had not been able to catch without the help of an expert! Honestly, I am so grateful I had the good luck of calling this business first. I cannot recommend their services enough!

It's not cheap, especially with multiple kids, but it works. One and done. This is our second visit after several months. Diane was fantastic the first time and helped us again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.
