I made several calls to fur babies before the pick up and they were always quick to answer the phone and answer any questions I had and believe me I was very nervous about making this purchase. The pick up was seamless and they called every day for the first few days to make sure everything was going well. I don't know about other people's experience,but ours was good and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Upon arrival there was another dog who was clearly so excited to be there which made me feel really at ease leaving my girl with somebody new. We went over the cut I wanted and she payed attention to detail showing me what the lengths and what not would look and feel like-which I've never had anybody do- and I loved that. When I picked up Mercedes she was in great spirits and looked so amazing! Was going there sincetge early 2000's and always saw my dog right away if needed. 2+ years ago my dog started coughing real bad, called them was told can't be seen for 2 weeks, immediately called anither vet and they saw him immediately, turns out was his heart, they put him on pills and he is still with me at 13, if I had waited for 2 weeks with the Animal Clinic he would not be here today. Even one of their best vets left as all the corporation cared about is $$ and have vet do unnecessary tests. AVOID the Animal Clinic, go elsewhere.
