They made it so we could look into each others eyes the entire time with my arms around her. After, the vet tech walked me to my car. Yeah i was a mess but she assured me it was ok to be this way. They could have been clinical but instead they petted my baby and told her she was a good girl. He takes the time needed to form a solid diagnosis and then makes sure he explains everything to you. He gets points from me cause I can be an overprotective mom and he handles it well. He will explain the options, give his advice and help you make a decision. An absolutely awesome vet. The staff are all attentive to the animals, they all care so much, it shows in all that they do. My little dog needed emergency surgery, it was on the weekend, so we took her to the emergency hospital. Dr. Rand's wife works there, she told she was calling him in to perform the surgery cause she had a heavy case load.
