Katherine immediately sketched out one idea on a little post-it, thought another minute or so, then drew a second idea. We went with her first inspiration, and it is just a stunning ring that delights me every day. Katherine also remade one of my late mother's rings for my daughter; she kept the overall style but made subtle modifications that transformed it. No question about it: Katherine is brilliant.

After visiting Starbrite Laundry in Glenwood Springs, I can see there is a definite contrast compared to Wavemax near Denver. Wavemax has plenty of space with benches and tables, TVs (showing cartoons), and outlets for charging devices. Starbrite is cramped, lacks seating unless you don't mind being in someone's way, and one tiny tv that wasn't turned on. Starbrite is expensive! 25 cents gets you four minutes on low dry temp vs approx $2 to dry for nearly an hour on low temp at WaveMax. However, Wavemax requires that you load a credit card type of device while Starbrite requires quarters. No detergent is sold at either place, so good things we stopped at Target beforehand for a small box of eco-friendly detergent sheets. Service was friendly and helpful at both locations.

I can't praise Sopris enough for the exceptional experience they provided. As an engineer with a…read morelong history in home automation, I knew exactly what I wanted--a seamless, integrated system for audio, video, lighting control, security, and more, without the hassle of managing multiple apps. Initially, I thought I'd have to either code it myself, which I didn't have time for, or invest in an expensive, established system like Savant or Crestron. I reached out to several companies before finding Sopris, but all the quotes I received were ridiculously over budget. Then I found Robert at Sopris, and everything changed. Instead of trying to sell me on expensive gear, he focused on understanding my goals, what was important to me, and most importantly, my budget. Based on that, he designed a system that has worked flawlessly for over a year now. I've had no issues, and when I've needed some custom changes, Robert and his team have been extremely responsive, often making the adjustments the same day through remote access--and always for a reasonable fee. What really stands out is their integrity. I recommended Sopris to a friend who wanted a more advanced surround sound system, and instead of upselling, they delivered a superior setup at a price far better than anything from places like Best Buy's Geek Squad. Sopris truly offers expert solutions at affordable price points, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
