Corvallis Knights are a local intercollegiate summer baseball team part of a league designed to help younger/redshirt college players improve their game before the NCAA season starts. With that in mind, attending a Corvallis Knights game is just like attending a minor league game, lots to see and experience. Might buy a multi-game package for next season and enjoy a cold Block 15 beer while I cheer on the home team. read more

Take me out to the ball game! I still love the crack of the bat over an aluminum ping any day and the boys of Summer bring the best entertainment! Everyone, from the Interns to the players to the Staff and Leadership genuinely care about your experience. The concessions offer a large variety of food options and you can rent different spaces for private parties. Kids love the Sunday Kidzone with inflatable bounce houses and more and running the bases after every game. Even if you don't love baseball as much as I do, this is a great way to spend a Summer evening with the family! read more

Attending a Corvallis Knights game is one of the best family-friendly things to do during the summer in Corvallis. The baseball is good, the promotions are fun and Mack the Knight (mascot) does a great job of interacting with the kids. I have a 2-year-old who attended games this year and he had a great time, urging the players to "Whack it!" and cheering when a run was scored. Even my friends who aren't that interested in baseball have a good time going with their families. And if you truly enjoy baseball, it's a great stadium and you can see some of the younger collegiate players before they get "big and famous!" Oh, and don't forget the Block 15 brews! read more

They've been part of the fabric of Eugene of over 70 years!…read moreThey originally played at (now defunct) Bethel Park in, as you may have guessed, the Bethel neighborhood. They spent most of their years at Civic Stadium in Eugene before moving to their current location, PK Park, which is actually a University of Oregon facility for their baseball team. I remember going to games with my mom when I was young, when her workplace was doing a whiffle ball promotion with the team. And they have some fun promos nowadays too; we went to "Take Meow't to the Ballgame", where Pete the Cat was there and attendees were invited to bring their cats as well. We saw two cats... I'm not sure they were excited to be there, but I appreciate the out of the box thinking! Their official mascot is a Sasquatch, which is a fun nod to the legend in the Pacific Northwest. They also debuted an identity which they use occasionally called Monarcas de Eugene. Their Monarcas uniforms are gorgeous! I know that there was some talk about the Ems needing a stadium of their own (not as guests of the UO), which didn't pan out, and they've said they're going to move elsewhere. I'm not sure if that was the final word on relocation or if maybe they've backed off it a bit. I'd like the Ems to stay because it's good for Eugene. They do need to work on their merch, though. We went recently to the game and they one toddler shirt and a onesie, and everything else was a kid's small or larger. I wish they had more of their Monarcas identity in merch (I don't want a jersey; I want an everyday t-shirt) or the Exploding Whales (especially for kids!).

The property is convenient to Corvallis and surrounding towns. Kelly was kind enough to bring her macaw Pico to visit the care home where my aunt lives. It was the highlight of their day! Baloo, the Bouvier dog accompanied me on the morning walk around the 30 acres where I enjoyed the fresh air and his company. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Kelly and Bob were friendly and gracious hosts. I highly recommend their B&B and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Should mention that the rooms are up 14 stair steps to the second floor.

Delightful stay even with Oregon's wet weather in April.

What a great stadium (one of the best in Collegiate baseball NATIONALLY), a fine team, excellent promotions and staff, and inexpensive tickets!! It's a joy to watch baseball here. I've never been to a finer park and venue in baseball. I have season tix to the Beavers, I have lived in Eugene and watched the Ems, I've seen Salem, Bend, Kenosha, Tacoma, Portland, Dyersville, in the minors. The Knights are by far the best atmosphere, stadium, and staff. I buy the 10-ticket booster card every year they've been here and ALWAYS get more than my $$ worth. This team was bought by Phil Knight and given to his wife (hence the name). If you like supporting a family that makes it's money on the backs of slave workers..... fine. I prefer to be better than that. read more
