They're one of two companies in town who are qualified to do so, and their prices are significantly lower. Although they were VERY busy, and it did take a few weeks after I inquired for them to be able to start the job, when started it was done efficiently, with great care and attention to detail. Bobby is young and intelligent, and I never questioned whether he knew exactly what he was doing. He and his crew were incredibly courteous, smart, and kept in great communication with us about what was happening and about how long it would take to fix things. We had a real mess of electrical work left by the previous owners of the house, but they got everything working perfectly in several days. Bobby even came back the next week after the job was done, when some outlets had stopped working (not due to anything they'd done, but due to some old broken wires), and fixed the problem, no questions asked. AC Electric are the only electricians I will recommend from now on, and that recommendation will be an easy one to give. Thanks!

Not a great experience overall. The tech who came was great…read more Friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. He consulted the owner who was also knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. The billing on the other hand has been problematic. We were invoiced for an amount not discussed for a solution that did not solve the issue. After some emails, that amount was supposed to be credited to the bill where the problem was actually fixed. However the credit was short $30 when we finally received and reviewed the final bill. We were also told as a reason for delay that the receipt was at one point sent to the wrong email, which is a privacy concern for us. Competent repair service, but we would not use again because of the billing concerns.

We requested a few estimates actually, we were interested in how much it we would save by laying the decking boards ourselves, and how much it would be if we skipped the roof. I appreciated the fact that they cleaned up their work area every day before they left, never leaving a mess when they were done. I was particularly impressed with the effort that they took to answer all the questions I had while they worked, even making a point to give me various tips and details that would be helpful when I went to lay the decking boards later. Their advice was invaluable! I have the strong impression that they care about both the quality of their work and reputation and were invested in the final product being as good as possible even though I wasn't paying them to do the entire job. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. Highly recommended!
