I had pain in my neck and shoulders, lower back, left hip and the worst of all between the Sacrum and Coccyx. Also I was suffering from Plantar fasciitis. All those conditions were causing me a lot of stress and affecting my work performance. If i sat down for more than 10 minutes I would get terrible pains. When I stood up I would be hunched over for about 10 minutes until I could stand strait again. I couldn't go on long trips or do any type of exercises without suffering.
