My husband and I are over the moon with our nanny! Ivy Lane has been such a life saver during what…read moreseemed like such a daunting and arduous nanny search. We've used other agencies in the past and were pretty underwhelmed until we connected with Mari. We decided to stick with Ivy Lane for many reasons, they took the time to really listen to our needs and requirements, they were kind and professional throughout, and the caliber of nannies that we interviewed. The founder has been very communicative, professional, detailed, and would check in throughout the entire process- even when we would forget to share our updates (mommy brain!). Most importantly our daughter loves our nanny so so much and that really should speak wonders. We are so grateful and couldn't be happier! I've referred Ivy Lane to all the my mommy friends and a few of them have already started working with Mari!

That had the best pay, but he seemed to just want to rush me into anything. I understand they get paid a nice rate out of our hourly rate. But still if I am the one putting in the labor.
