Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

Marquette had a great instinct for who would be interested in buying the home then helped me attract them. She gave solid advice on what repairs were and weren't needed and how to stage everything, and then wrote marketing materials that showcased the home beautifully. Once the house was ready to list, we sold quickly to pretty much exactly the type of family Marquette predicted, and for the price I expected. Paul and Marquette communicated promptly and clearly throughout and got me through the process with minimal stress and no surprises. I'd recommend Homesville to any buyers or sellers.

He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. Something I really appreciated is her ability to give me advice without being pushy. She armed me with information and made sure I knew all my options, but she respected my opinion and supported any decisions I made. On the other end of the spectrum, when I needed guidance and someone to help me make decisions, she stepped up and helped me come to a decision with confidence. Lastly, she is a good person. She is a professional woman with a successful business, but there's a lot of heart behind her work.
