I mean-- is the endodontics office ever THE place to be? Has anyone ever been like; 'Man, I had a blast at the endodontics office! Can't wait for next time.'?? My eight year old broke his adult front teeth last June. In true Luke fashion he tripped while running in PE and broke his fall with his teeth. We've had a wonderful local pediatric dentist who has taken care of us. But after the latest dental trauma (kneeing himself in the mouth (as only my son, Luke, could manage)) we were referred to Corridor Endodontics as it appeared his right front tooth needed additional care. After a quick consult a root canal was prescribed (which we will need to do at their CR location as Luke requires laughing gas). Reasons this was a five star biz: - Location is easy to find, plenty of parking. - Open M-F. - Wonderful staff. Dr Jorgensen and everyone we encountered were professional. - Upfront on cost. I love walking into an appointment and being told off the bat what to expect. Any bills that are medical and dental is just so intimidating and known. - Excellent communication. We were referred and got two phone calls with an email to ensure we had the paperwork in (available to be submitted online) and were reminded of our appointment. Overall, I hope we never have to see Dr Jorgensen again but he and his staff made a bad situation pleasant. read more

Excellent professional service. Dr. Olivia Fischer is so knowledgeable and down to earth. Her awareness is outstanding and treats her assistants with a great quality of respect. She should be on a reality tv program on TLC. Root canals aren't pleasant to have especially because I hadn't one on a Monday then a second unexpected one on a Friday of the same week but she was there for me. I seem to be feeling some infection 48 hours later which can be normal if you read the letter they give you after each treatment but I have confidence that she or they will address it today and tend to it in a professional manner. read more

Due to a dental emergency and my normal dental office being out of town, I was sent to this particular provider to have dental work done. They quoted me a "good faith" estimate since my insurance was out of network. They quoted me an amount, did treatment, asked me to pay more before they completed the work and then at end of treatment, charged me another large chunk assuring me I was paid in full. Now I am getting a bill saying I owe more money. If you want a good faith estimate, do not use them! As for the root canal treatment , it was done and I have had no further issues but since having another recently, I realized they did not use a dental dam and I had gross medicine and tooth fragments in my mouth unnecessarily. It was also pretty painful compared to my latest. Needless to say, I won't be using them for future services. Be wary if your cash pay or out of network! read more

Root canals are not exactly what most people want to do with their extra time, but if you need to have one, Dr. Ben and staff are top notch in their focus on the patient/customer satisfaction and comfort. You may expect a call from "him" the evening of your procedure, inquiring about how you're feeling - genuine concern is evident throughout the entire process/procedure.
