So I wasn't the one who came for an exam. I came with my friend who had been experiencing pain for a while and none of her other providers had wanted to take her seriously and she was about to go and conduct a training exercise and really needed some help. She called these guys and got an appointment the same day. I went with her and the facilities are really nice. Its clean and sanitary. The staff was friendly from the get go. We didn't wait very long to see the Doc. After the exam, because she was leaving the next week the Doc was willing to schedule an appointment the very next day to give her the results from her X-ray and give her some sort of plan for treatment. Originally I had went in after the birth of my daughter suffering from hip pain, Dr. Ryan Vaughn identified exactly what was wrong and setup a wellness plan. After just one adjustment I felt like a new person. After several visits and getting to know the staff and doctors, I inquired about the treatments available to children and was fascinated with the information provided as well as the doctor's personal testimonies. Knowing the improvements I have made in such a short time, and after a brief discussion with my husband, we decided it would benefit our children to have them examined as well. 5 Stars! I had been seeing Dr Rusty Dorn for 12 years. He recently passed away, so I was forced to look elsewhere. After searching several websites, I came across Corrective Chiropractic & wellness. After reading the profiles of the Doctors, I decided to go with Dr Jason Degenhardt due to his being what we call a military brat. I was very skeptical, but kept an open mind when I entered the building. The receptionist was very polite and helpful which is the first impression that will make or break a business. Then I met Dr Jason, a very fun and enjoyable experience. Then there was the young lady that gave me the tests. She was extremely polite and caring. Then I got to have my treatment and today Dec 3rd, 2021, I am for the first time in along time without that nagging pain in my back and hips and actually had a good night's sleep. I originally started going here because I was having some tightness in my lower back. This place was pretty expensive for me to pay for, but they seemed to have a good health program set up for me. By the end of my treatment my lower back was fine, but I then had a new pain in my upper back. It was very painful and kept me up all night. It was worse after every adjustment, but I was told my body needed time to heal and more frequent adjustments to help with the process. It was getting too expensive for me and the original plan seemed to just cause more issues than solve any for me. I ended up getting a doctors referral to the physical therapist next door because I was desperate for some help. Six months later and I am feeling so much better. This place is very nice and everyone is super friendly. They always remembered my name and greeted me with a smile and made me feel like family. BEWARE!!! They play semantics with you regarding the cost of visits. I made my initial appointment and the first thing the girl on the phone said did was start telling me how much cash patients paid for various services - BEFORE I even asked about pricing (because I was under the mistaken impression that appointments would be covered by my HMO). I told her that I had such-and-such insurance and that they were listed as being in-network and wondered how much my visits would cost. She said that the consultation was free for everybody. So, I went ahead and scheduled a consultation. I even asked again at the end of the call how much my appt the following day was going to cost me & was told the same thing - consultations are free. I went to my "consultation" and met with Dr. Jason, who was really nice & knowledgeable and seemed capable. He sent it one of the girls to evaluate me - she checked my posture, range of motion, pain levels, and took x-rays. Then gave me my chart and told me to go to the counter when I was finished putting myself back together and they'd get me checked out and set up with my next appointment. After waiting in line, it just happened that of the three girls behind the counter, it was the same girl who did my evaluation that did my check-out. She pulled me up in the computer and told me that my charges for that day were one hundred and something dollars. I was floored! 1st - it was supposed to be a free visit; and, 2nd - if there were any charges, why didn't my co-pay apply. She said that the consultation was free but that the x-rays were not. I asked about my co-pay and she said that their insurance benefits coordinator was out of the office and they were unable to verify my benefits. But, she was nice enough to reduce the cost to the new patient referral whatnot special and only charged me $57. She said that if it proved that I had benefits, anything on my account would be a credit towards my next visit. I paid and scheduled my next appt for the following week. The day before my appt I called to inquire about the cost of the next day's visit (I had already learned that they were not in my HMO - no fault of theirs). After being put on hold, the girl came back and told me that she couldn't tell me over the phone but that I could find out when I went in for my appointment. I told her that I needed to go ahead and cancel that appointment. She tried to persuade me to come on in and at least pick up my records. I told her that they could just mail them to me. To that, she replied that they couldn't unless I came back and signed something. I did finally manage to get my appointment canceled. PLEASE, be wary of your wallet! I don't trust anyone who practices business in this manner. It's sneaky, shady, and exceptionally suspicious. read more

I have had severe back pain from a previous injury in the military so I began to see Dr. Isdale. The VA had told me I would live with my back pain for life and only provided me with painkillers to mask the pain. After a month of sessions I had noticed a great reduction in pain and a much better posture. The VA will not cover this expense but I am more than glad to pay for it. Thanks to Dr. Ryan, I am now a believer! In my late 40s, early 50s, my body started to break down with pain in my back,hip, knee, and foot. Prior to going to the chiropractor, I was controlling my pain with medication and steroid shots. After changing medical doctors, my new doctor told me I may benefit from seeing a chiropractor and also suggested physical therapy. I've been seeing Dr. Jason since about 2007. Over the years I have been to at least 5 or 6 different Chiropractors and this office is by far the best. The employees know me and are always helpful and friendly. The experience is top notch. They almost always have last minute appointments to accommodate my crazy schedule or if I need an adjustment right away for some reason. I can't remember a single time in the last 3 years that I've had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and with just an adjustment I'm usually in and out in 20 minutes. They have a very efficient process. Above all they are interested in your overall health and wellness, not just adjusting you or giving you therapies. They give suggestions for diet, exercise or supplements when necessary, but they don't necessarily encourage you to buy what they have. They will literally make a suggestion on options based on budget. They care more about you as a patient than they do about making money. That's the kind of people I want to go to and would recommend to anyone. read more

Let me start my review letting everyone know that I have been dealing with back pain for over ten years from a nasty car accident. I had tried several chiropractors, and physical therapy, meds, and even very painful injections on a regular basis for so long, with no real relief. I longed to be med free, and healthy, but couldn't break the cycle of injections and meds I was on. I was referred to Dr. Shane by someone who loves and cares for me.
