When we first started working together, I was hoping to reduce some of the gastrointestinal issues…read morethat have been wreaking havoc on my body for years as well as begin the journey to healthy weight loss. I have struggled for years with up and down dieting and wanting to try to lose the weight once and for all. Up until now, I had been seeing a gastroenterologist for the past year and had every test under the sun (colonoscopies, blood tests, stool samples, breath tests) all of which were "inconclusive" one way or another and I was lumped into the diagnosis of "IBS" like so many other women looking for answers. For years, I had tried dieting and had very minimal success, for short periods of time but nothing that lasted more than a year. Now, for the first time in my life, I am not bloated 24/7. My fatigue level has decreased significantly, and my body feels better. This is a hard concept to explain because I didn't even realize how horrible I felt before. The biggest development however, is for the first time I have no eczema. Last year, I developed eczema on my hands and face for the first time ever. I now utilize this as a sign that I need to pay attention to what I am putting in my body. I also feel like I am finally able to control how my body responds. How it responds to stress, food, life and all of the in-betweens. It is amazing to figure out something you never even knew in the first place! If you are thinking about working with Ayla, I would recommend taking the plunge and doing it for you, to make yourself feel better and nobody else. I feel hopeful, finally. I feel hopeful that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I can get back to who I finally want to be, healthy, fit and mindful.

The doctors kept wanting to put me on different medication instead of figuring out the root cause of the issues. Someone recommended Ayla and I started working with her. Within 3 weeks, I noticed significant changes in how I felt and a significant reduction in symptoms. My psoriasis (which covered 90% of my body) was going away, my digestion was improving, my energy levels were up, my menstrual cycles improved. She even helped me discover an un-diagnosed thyroid condition which was impairing fertility. She gave me my life back. Right now I have no psoriasis, my digestion is better and my throid levels are normalizing. I would highly recommend her, especially if you feel like there is no other options or hope. She is an amazing listener and takes your symptoms and concerns seriously. I am so grateful to work with you.
