We reserved online and opted for just the one drink per person which came to 30€. It is very easy to find by Plaza Mayor. There were five people in the show. A man and a woman dancers and two singers and a guitar player. The dancers where full of passion and were exceptional. As well as the others. But you are coming for the dancing right! They even had one small portion where they had women and children come on stage as one of the dancers taught some moves. It was super cute an fun! The crowed loved it! Small and intimate setting. We opted to order two extra drinks and paella. The bill came to 82€ for two people, which is less than opting for the 60€ Meal per person. Sangria and most drinks are 5€. I highly recommend coming here!!! Absolutely loved!

After that, one singer, one guitarist, a box-drum or two, and dancers so close you could theoretically moonwalk onto their stage. Traditional flamenco realness, no nonsense. It is a cozy atmosphere of perhaps 100 or so people in a half-circle around a small stage. Metal chairs could all use some cushion, or bring your thick sweatshirt to sit on for the 70-ish minute show. Intimate atmosphere, intense connection with the audience, passionate plucking on a flamenco guitar echoing against the curved brick. What an engaging performance by a couple dancers and musicians. Just the right length of time to give you a taste of this art form. No matter what their web site says, it is best not to have children under 10, or children who cannot be quiet or sit still enough to respect the performers, at any time of day or night. A child far too young for this environment did detract and distract from our show, and came dangerously close to the performers in this tight space. Be courteous, parents. Unless your kid is hypnotically enthralled by all song, dance, and instrumentals, do leave them home. Otherwise, this was a terrific performance preceded by a pre-show drink you can bring down to the cave with you to finish during the show. On a side note, I had no real interest in a Flamenco demonstration before, and only booked this because another member of our party wanted to go. However, seeing this show live in the cave, only a few feet from the stomping feet and strumming instruments, I must say it was a tremendously different and enriching experience than seeing a YouTube video or hearing a sample of this music. It was worth going, and a very enjoyable experience.

It wasn't a huge venue, and it seemed that all of the tables had a pretty good view of the stage. I know the same can't always be said for other (larger) flamenco theatres. We didn't have dinner here, but the tickets do include a drink and we also got some delicious olives to nosh on as we waited for the show. The performers were absolutely incredible. Each of the dancers performed one long, intense, and emotional dance. The guitarist also performed a song by himself without dancers. WOW. Truly WOW. Each of them are so talented, and their dances are not rehearsed. They just feel the music and move with it, which takes a lot of experience to be able to do that so well and on the spot. We had a couple of hiccups leading up to our visit. A couple members of our group had issues when we booked our tickets of the system glitching and it not recording our reservations, but the staff were very helpful and kind via email and they resolved it for us. You can purchase tickets ahead of time online and there are a couple different tiers, which impact where you are seated. Opted for the second to best seating as I thought front row would be too jarring on the neck (in retrospect, it wouldn't have been, but out seats were still fantastic). Ticket includes a welcome beverage and you can also pre-order food on your ticket too. Arrived to the show on time and got a welcome glass of white sangria. It was solid, and refreshing. Show began more or less on time. Multiple acts throughout the one hour performance. There was one on guitar, one on hand drums, and two vocalist, accompanied by three performers. Performances were mostly solo acts but there was maybe 20% of duos or trios. Overall really impressive. I don't have any other flamenco show to compare it to so I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience and would recommend it.

There are ceramic murals covering the walls, and ornately carved ceilings and arches. The room is quite large, the biggest venue I've been too. I don't think there would be a terrible seat in the room, although if it was very crowded, and you were in the back, it wouldn't be as enjoyable. It would pay to make reservations early. The manager at our guest house made our reservations, and we got an excellent table, right at the corner of the stage. We just got the 1 drink that is included in the ticket price. I've noticed in some reviews that people are often not happy with the food at flamenco venues. I don't think food should be the main reason to go to a flamenco show. Some people might enjoy this, but I have never had dinner with the show for that reason. There are so many other great places to eat in Madrid, before or after. I think it is much more enjoyable to give your full attention to the performers on stage, and to be caught up in the passion and enthusiasm. I would suggest skipping dinner here, having a drink or two, and enjoying the entertainment. We thought this show and the performers were fantastic. Every place does things a little differently. One place had no male dancers, another had one male dancer, and Villa Rosa had two. I think they were my favorite part of the show! And it didn't hurt that they were both very attractive---one looked a bit like Robert Downey Jr. And they were excellent dancers, as was the female dancer. The singer and guitar player were quite talented as well. The show moved along at a good pace, not really slowing down, letting each performer show their skill, and building to a lovely and satisfying conclusion. Please don't let the fact that you're not permitted to take pictures detract from your enjoyment of the show. There are many places that don't allow this, and it is distracting to the performers. Also, it's a shame that many people are concentrating so hard on their phones and getting a picture that they are not in the moment. And that is what it is all about---just relaxing and surrendering to the beauty and passion that is flamenco. You will experience a night to remember.

We added the tapas for 2 for €38, which had a tortilla, iberico, olives, sausage, and cheese. In the end, we were pretty full from a late lunch and had a dinner after, so we didn't really need the food for the one hour show. We got the vip section tickets in the very front, but I think the second row is better. The first row is so close that you have to look up on stage, and the dust from the stage is blown at you when they dance. The live music was good, and the dancers were indeed really talented. The show was just the right length at 60 minutes. I definitely recommend the 6pm show so that you can head to dinner after!

From the moment the music started, the energy in the room was unreal - the musicians were incredible and the dancers were so powerful and precise that we were simply entranced the entire time. Admission included a drink, so I had a sangria and my husband had a vodka and orange. I was smiling so hard my face actually hurt, and I even bought a pair of castanets like the dancers use. The show started exactly on time, the space is intimate but not cramped, the bathroom was small but pristine. I'll happily give them five stars here, but in my heart this place deserves ten."
