The managers pretend to care but the issue is never truly resolved and they keep just agreeing in an attempt to shut you up. If you want your child to be taken care of this is not the place to go!

Both campuses has the same curriculum and care. I really appreciate the Miss Judy. She is head of the place and is such a joy. You can tell that she takes great pride and care in her job. We enrolled our 2-year-old at O2B Kids South Westshore and ultimately withdrew him due to ongoing…read moresafety and supervision concerns in his classroom. Over several weeks (October-November), our child was injured multiple times by the same child, including bite marks and other physical incidents. Some of these incidents were documented with incident reports, while others were not. We also personally witnessed aggressive behavior on more than one occasion. I understand that incidents can happen at this age; however, in our experience the behavior occurred often enough to significantly impact the classroom environment. From what was communicated to us by staff at the time, these incidents were affecting multiple children, and the classroom teacher was also struggling. While a behavior plan was reportedly in place, the incidents continued. At one point, we observed the classroom teacher in visible emotional distress due to the situation. We do not fault the teacher at all; she appeared to be doing everything she could under extremely difficult circumstances. Our concerns were with how the situation was handled at the administrative level and the lack of effective intervention to ensure safety for everyone in the classroom. After raising concerns, communication was extremely disappointing. Multiple requests for copies of all incident reports involving our child went unanswered. While some documentation was provided, we did not receive all incident reports or redacted information related to our child despite repeated requests. In addition, a confidentiality issue occurred in which our contact with corporate was shared with another parent. This resulted in that parent confronting me on school grounds in a way that felt inappropriate and upsetting. The ongoing situation caused significant emotional distress for our family and ultimately forced us to remove our child and secure alternative care on very short notice, resulting in financial loss and disruption to our work and family life. I'm sharing this so other parents can ask detailed questions about classroom safety, behavior management, documentation practices, and communication before enrolling. Every child deserves a safe environment, and every parent deserves transparency. The silver lining is that our son is now in a different school where he feels safe and supported. He has told us he loves his new school and does not want to return to what he described as the "mean class" at O2B.

Why do you have a waitlist, but allow BAD kids to stay enrolled. Why don't you use common sense and allow other children an education by removing the troubled students. My kid was there to learn! This place has zero structure, zero capabilities to adequately teach children let alone be trusted to watch over them. The teachers are rude and snappy. They served my son juice and outdoor water from the fountain on the playground. My son has never had juice, it's terrible for Childrens dental health, and the tap water in this area is hazardous you can't drink it! I would avoid this place. Do better
