I have always gotten a clean car, a recent year model, and with the domestic brands you even get satellite radio which is always a plus. The staff here has always been very friendly and accommodating to me. I know them well as I rent from here often. I will be coming back for as long as I need a car rental.

We had some issues with our vehicle (nothing major, just nuisance or inconvenience). When I mentioned it to the staff, they were apologetic and asked if anything they can do to make experience better (forgot the persons name). I said its not a big deal and i do not expect anything for these kind of experiences plus things happen with cars. They had one vehicle left and said they would save it for me and so I took a taxi to the rental shop and about 30-45 minutes later all the paper work was done and deposits were finished and the guy tells me if I do not sign the paper exactly as my signature on my license I will not get the vehicle so I said ok and proceeded to write my signature , the second I was done he said no that's not it and I was a little shocked that this was happening, He gave me a second chance and said the same thing this time rips the paper up and says this isn't you it's your brother. I was again shocked as I do not have a brother and thrown off guard for being accused of lying. Not once during any of this interaction was I rude or disrespectful but after all that I got really frustrated and to be honest I'm still Confused as to why they did that. After 7 hours of being stuck I finally managed to get home thanks to family but I just wanted to make sure I left this review and hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.
