Patience - They answered all questions and explained the process to us. They were in no rush to finish the job. Their concern was doing it well. 3. Professional - This company showed up on time every day. They all appeared to enjoy their job as they smiled, laughed.....and I could hear them downstairs happily singing and enjoying each other's company. The employees were kind and explained every step to us. 4. Timeliness - Never late. In fact, they were always a little early. 5. Affordable - This is NOT a cheap process. Keep in mind that there is a lot of labor involved in refinishing a floor. It takes a hours to complete. And when you have the caliber of employees that they have, you've got to pay them well to keep them. And these guys are worth keeping. So no, it is not a cheap job. But I feel like I got more than my money's worth. I could go on and on about how much I recommend this company. Two of my neighbors inquired about their work. I told them I will let them check it out, so hopefully they will get even more business in my area. They deserve it.

I totally understand it's past the warranty, but when we went to them for help Because of issues that were coming up They were less than helpful. We had vinyl flooring put in the kitchen and dining room and carpeting in the living room. When they first came out we verbally spoke about a couple of things padding in the living room, having to put plywood in the dining room to meet the existing thresholds, etc. well because we verbally spoke about this, I didn't Thoroughly scrutinize the quote they basically just put in carpeting in the living room flooring in the kitchen dining room. Then when it came to for them to do the job, they didn't bring any padding. They didn't bring the plywood they needed it for the dining room and when I called the company to inquire, they said oh that's extra well because it was a verbal discussion. It was wrong of me to assume upon calling their office. the receptionist was less than friendly and she hung up on me and they wouldn't answer. The phone. Finally got the phone answered issue was resolved, even though we had to pay extra so fast-forward a couple years the LVF in the kitchen is starting to crack, separate & Chipping. So I called and the Rep came out and proceeded to inform us that this flooring was discontinued. He was able to find an extra box and sent his crew out to replace the defective pieces. Well unfortunately they had to use the whole entire box because that's how many pieces they had to destroy taking the flooring up so now the new pieces that they put down are chipping, cracking, and it had only been a month or two. So the owner comes out and does a temporary fix proceeds to tell us he thinks he has a box or two in his basement that he was just going to give us And he'd call me that evening. Well about two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I sent three emails no response I called. I was told he didn't have any and when I asked what the solution was going to be they had nothing and I was told that they would call me back two more weeks go by nothing I call and leave a message. No call back. I send a couple emails. Finally get an email saying that they had been out of the office and will touch base with me when they speak to the owner. Couple more weeks go by nothing couple more phone calls couple more emails nothing so apparently they don't care about their customers after the fact so beware folks these people SUCK.
