Candice was incredibly communicative during the process and worked with us to create a cake flavor that was representative of one of our favorite vacation drinks (Lime in Da Coconut). She absolutely knocked that flavor out of the park! Since she doesn't do the Banana Pudding Cake as a sample, we ordered it for a mini celebration to try before making our final decisions. She was able to make the entire thing gluten free (she makes it all from scratch) and it was delicious! As I've been to several weddings where there were gluten incidents, I decided that we would have all of our cakes be gluten free to keep everyone safe (we have several friends with Celiacs). We did a cutting cake in the Lime in Da Coconut flavor and mini cupcakes in that flavor as well as Red Velvet. The mini cupcakes are perfect for grabbing and popping in your mouth while dancing! All of our guests loved them and we had some left over to take back with us to enjoy. I will definitely be ordering from her again!

We had to rush to find a place to make cupcakes and we found icings on the cake. It was two weeks prior to my wedding and I was worried I wouldn't find a place. I was so thrilled that icings on the cake said they could do the 4 dozen cupcakes and when asked if they could do sunflowers I was told yes. Especially seeing the cupcakes on the website icingsonthecakes.com (picture 3). What I got was so dissapointing. (Picture 1) which looks does not look like a professional did Thankfully I had friends who went out and fixed (picture 2). After spending over $200 dollars on cupcakes they should not have been fixed. I emailed the owner and did not receive a response back in 24 hours.

Check out these ginormous babies I ordered for a backyard Southern Charm themed picnic a few weeks ago (trunk photo). I had no idea they would be so huge!. The cake boxes hold HUGE Pig-Pickin' cakes, which were DIVINE! (Fun fact: Pig-Pickin' cake is so named because it's the perfect cake to eat at a BBQ. Get it? Pig-Pickin' ). It's made of orange/pineapple/yellow cake/whipped fluffy deliciousness you will never forget. And those Key Lime Pies were the best I've ever had anywhere. I ordered Large pies, not knowing they'd be the largest I'd ever seen. We had about 40 people, so I had one full Key Lime AND a full Pig-Pickin left over that I had to give away. I just ordered WAY too much. Sad/not sad face. Most of our party guests were from Miami and island/South American countries, and even they raved about how best-in-class both desserts were.
