First time here Labor Day weekend hoping to catch some sales....not much going on. It's annoying to…read morego to an outlet store just to have the same price as the regular store or online. They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. We walked in, not very busy and literally NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US or even said "hi" despite us walking right in front of them. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. I have to say, the employees here were not friendly here either so maybe it is a Michigan thing? Not the most impressive outlet, but if you like outlet shopping....maybe you might get better deals...ya never know :-)

Huge selection! Great service!…read more Prices are definitely not outlet prices. This store is expensive. I did purchase a coat while in here but the prices of the coats were very pricey!

We have been loyal customers of Columbia for 20+ years now. We have come into the store many times…read moreand have always had very helpful and friendly service until yesterday. Sorry for the long post but it needs to be said!!! We went into the store to exchange a pair of kids boots that were too big for our young son. We had our young son with us so he could try on the next pair so we would be sure they would fit: When we got up to check out we barely got a hello with no smile or any inkling that the sales clerk was happy to help us out. I get that not every minute of every day you will love your job, but that is your job and I didn't force you to take it. If the problems had stopped there then who cares we have all been greeted by a rude sales clerk, but they did not stop there. We explained to her that we were here to exchange the boots for a different size and to purchase some new items we found. We told her that we didn't see any of the boots we wanted to exchange the current pair with in the store. The last time something like this happened a sales clerk ordered the item for us and had it delivered to our house, so we assumed this is what would be offered again, though she didn't say that, she didn't say anything, she just asked for our order number. After a while of me searching through all of the emails and getting onto the website and logging in to my rewards account I finally found the order number. She provided NO assistance with this that was helpful in anyway mind you. One would think a sales clerk would know where order numbers are found on emails or online and could easily direct a paying customer to it, but no that is not what happened. I haven't gotten to the worst part. While we were doing all this my son walked towards my husband who was holding the new items we wanted to buy and somehow it was just perfect timing I guess because as my husband turned to talk to him he got a hanger caught in the bottom of his eyelid. My son started yelling "ow ow ow," my husband dropped everything on the floor when he noticed what had happened and started to tend to our son. When I finally realized what was going on seconds later I also dropped to my knees checking on our son's eye who by this time was crying very loudly and freaking out about all of it. I say all this to make sure it is obvious that this was not a quiet situation and no one, not one...single...person from the store including our sales person who was standing right next to us, did anything to see if our 6 year old son was alright. In fact, she just stood there acting annoyed that we holding up the line, so when my husband noticed this he said go ahead and take the next people in line, which she did!!! When we finally calmed our son down and realized, thank God, that no major damage that we could see had been done. We tried to return to what we were doing. The interaction did NOT improve from there and still she did not ask even once if our son was Ok. It was just shocking her lack of concern for a little boy's welfare. I had finally had enough when she got rude and "snotty" with us when I figured out that her plan was just to give me the money for the boots and not exchange them like I requested in the beginning and tried to explain to her this was not what we wanted. We asked to see a manager which she said rudely "sure can" and called over one of them. Well let me tell you this did not improve our experience either. He came over, once again he never smiled at us or greeted us and never asked what the problem was. And the sales girl decided to stand there while he started to help us. LSo I explained to him that I'm sorry we needed to call him, but she was being very rude and disrespectful and didn't even ask once about our son who was hurt. This made her walk away in a huff. She didn't apologize or try to fix the situation. You would also think that would lead to the manager asking what happened and if there was anything he could do, nope he didn't say a dang thing and was just as rude and uncaring as she was. At that point we decided to just get our stuff and get out of there and have now decided never again will we shop at Columbia. I am shocked that this is the level of people being hired there. This kind experience is one of the reasons so many people shop online now. And Columbia has just lost many reliable customers because I plan on letting others know that the company does not care who they have in their stores. They must not if they hire people like this and promote them to manager. Nope, never again!!

I loved how every aisle tells a different story -- sport-themed, college-themed, color-themed, Santa suits, personalized ornaments, beautifully detailed nativity scenes, and unique keepsakes you won't find anywhere else. It instantly makes you slow down and smile. You name it, they have it. Every section feels thoughtfully curated. It's not just shopping; it's an experience, you find yourself wandering, looking up, and taking it all in. That said, a few things to keep in mind: the store is huge and can feel overwhelming, it's almost always crowded, and with so many amazing options, it's easy to overspend. Some sections can feel repetitive, and the nonstop Christmas theme might be a bit much if you're not a big holiday fan. Even with these minor points, Bronner's remains a magical place, bringing out childlike joy and reminding you why the holidays feel so special. Clean restrooms and free Wi-Fi were definitely appreciated.

I saw many folks buying one or two each year creating the tree slowly... it will take hours to see it all, and the crowds are plenty.... it is open year round.
