I came back because of Anne-Marie! I like working with her. The therapist at this location are very good at telling you what each one of the exercises does for you and why it is important. I like knowing the why behind each exercise. Each time I have benefited tremendously from Physical Therapy,. If you are thinking about going to Physical Therapy,, you should give this business a call. They are excellent at what they do. Staff is really very friendly and extremely competent! They flawlessly get insurance cleared and they get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Kudos to all the staff that work so hard to get us moving without pain!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough, and it's well worth the 40 minute drive (as opposed to driving one mile to another clinic). When I had SI joint dysfunction, I received a thorough exam where they diagnosed me in one visite, and gave exercises that worked like magic. I was back to running in a week. I came again last Thursday for PT to retrain my left side, and the PT explained the causes of my kinetic chain issues, gave me stretches and I'm already seeing a positive difference. This is one of the best PT clinics to go to.

My core is stronger and my pain is gone . The team really knows what they're doing: they listened, tailored everything to my needs, and made the process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I found this clinic though an ad they were running and decided to give it a shot. They were extremely accommodating from the jump, with my need to pre-pay on a Thursday beforehand when I made the appointment the following Friday.. they have multiple different methods of communication to include text which makes it much easier as a busy mom to keep up with things. When I arrived at my first appointment the staff was amazing they are all so sweet professional, and prompt. All directions where very clear, and the expectations where very clear. They answered all my questions and even had answers for ones I didn't realize I needed. I am a nurse, and having them treat me as a person and a patient was very nice not assuming I knew everything. Since my first visit they ask me about things we have talked about at previous visits like weekend plans making me feel like more than just a name on a chart but a human. To top this all off the cost of their therapy was cheaper in total than I would have paid with insurance!!! And with that I am also able to have them help me with other things in coordination with my pelvic floor that if I would have gone through insurance would not have been covered. The PTA Hannah is so sweet and very knowledgeable. The PT Lindsay aligned perfectly with my own medical practice theology, which kicked us off to an amazing start. We clicked immediately and as a provider I felt comfortable and confident in her plans. I am so happy that I found this physical therapy clinic, and I have already recommended them highly to my friends and family. I can't speak highly enough about them.

The entire staff absolutely adores them, treats them with genuine warmth, and most importantly has helped them stay mobile, and active as they age. As a daughter, that peace of mind is priceless. I personally had been dealing with chronic neck pain for over five years and finally decided to start physical therapy at RPM (years after my mom first encouraged me to go!). I honestly wish I had started sooner. The improvement in my quality of movement has been remarkable. Everyone there is truly top notch, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and deeply invested in their patients' well-being. From the very beginning I met Ryan, my physical therapist, took the time to listen, understand my goals, and create a plan that actually worked for my body. My trainer, Dani, is equally incredibe and kind, encouraging, and attentive. Together, they have made such a meaningful difference in my recovery. And no matter if you have a different therapist they are all as exceptional- Nick, Logan and Megan, all of them! At my very first meeting with Ryan and the owner Jonathan, I was asked a simple but powerful question: "What would you like to be able to do?" I said I wanted to be able to throw a ball with my son again without pain. Thanks to RPM, I can happily say that I can now do exactly that. (and last week he asked me why I was throwing it so hard and I said because "I can") RPM doesn't just treat injuries they change lives. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for my parents and for me, and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional physical therapy and truly caring people.

When I arrived the therapist proceded to give me a good tongue lashing which took a few minutes. I tried to be nice and endure. She then told me my session would be shorter due to arriving late. Finally, getting started, my exercises went fine for 15 minutes during which time she yawned and acted angry, bored or tired, and spent 5 minutes elaborating as to being tired due to having had to deal with a large rat in her attic. 25 minutes before my appointment was due to end, she said we were finished so I gathered my purse and cane and left. I checked the time. I understand the therapist is in charge and in control of their clients but I left feeling extremely bad. I am a widow in my 80s and am struggling to just get by. Why 5 stars? Because they took a problem and made it almost completely disappear…read more --- --- --- I have horrific posture, but I also like playing sports. Plus, I'm old now. This combination leads to physical ailments and has me no stranger to physical therapy. Before moving to the area, I had a physical therapist that I frequently visited in Tampa and I considered him to be the most knowledgable person in the field I'd ever seen. When I moved to Montgomery, a high priority of mine was to find the closest thing to that here. While the PT experience is a bit Apples-to-Oranges, overall, my time spent at Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics has been very helpful. Before starting therapy, I saw a couple of doctors here, who gave me steroid/cortisone injections in my shoulder, which really helped with the immediate discomfort. After that, I started PT, to build up my strength around the problem areas. I was also given a lot of different exercises and stretching to do at home, which I think has been helpful. But the best part of my experience here has been seeing Lucy for dry-needling. Before coming here, I had tried acupuncture once and it was a total waste of time. But dry needling is essentially a targeted version of acupuncture. And it actually works. I hate needles, but I usually barely feel these because they are extremely tiny. Lucy hunts around for the tight muscles and the needle loosens them up fairly immediately. Sometimes, I notice the relief right away, while other times it takes about 24 hours. But either way, the relief is very obvious, especially after multiple sessions. I will definitely be coming back in just for dry needling, which is a flat-rate of, I believe, $40 per visit. And that's worth every penny when you have a physical ailment that just won't go away.
