    If i could give zero stars I would! Horrible Service, Zero Accountability and Service Manager Tracy…read moredefensive and rude. We have had them servicing our pool for this season. our heater went out and they couldnt be bothered to fix it for six months until i left them a bad google review. Then she called and texted all day stating her owner Dave was angry with her. I told her he should be with the level of service and not addressing the issues. Her response to that was to cancel our pool service. Thats perfectly fine will go spend thousands with other companies that will appreciate our business and care for our pool. This company needs to refresh their leadership and listen to customers.

I said 80 dollars per week plus chemical. That's right so 1 and 1/2 months. I paid over 1000 dollar. it gets better. I came home and they left pool chemical spilled all over and left it. The same day I saw the pool cover rolled up standing next to the tote it's stored in. The most horrible smell you couldn't even walk on the back patio. My son and I un rolled the cover cleaned it, dried it and rolled it and put away properly. There were debris and leaves floating in the water for the pump to suck up. We fished this out as well. I called and complained. I was told it wasn't their policy to clean covers before putting away. It wasn't their policy to clean up there messes of spilled chemicals or to get debris out of the pool. So much for their just swim program. Beware these guys are liars and crooks.

    I have used Dave's Waves for several years and been extremely happy with their service so I let…read morethis issue go for the last 5 weeks hoping they would rectify the problem. On 4/26 I got a call from Scott saying that the notes from my pool closing reported an issue with the ladder..Did I want them to drill it out if necessary to get the ladder in and would I approve the charge. I stated sure do what is needed to get the ladder in and I will pay the charge. On 4/27 the crew came to open my pool (which ended up being a disaster basically all they did was take the cover off) one of the workers came to the door and said we can't get the ladder in and I stated that Scott had called and I already approved the drilling or whatever was necessary he stated that's not on our work order so you will need to contact the office. Called the office on 4/27 and spoke to Dave and he said yes I remember seeing this we will have someone out to get that completed. On 4/30 while out doing yardwork I noticed something wasn't right with the filter I didn't see any water coming through and the pressure was to low. I called and spoke with Mandy and she thought maybe it was a gasket at that time I informed her no one had come to put the ladder in the pool and that my inspect cell light was on and wouldn't stop blinking even after we did what the book told us to. I then wanted confirmation my cell had been cleaned she checked the record and said yes the cell was cleaned the blinking should stop. After talking with her we decided to You Tube some videos troubleshooting the water and pressure issue and found out that the pump had been running since Wednesday with no water running to it because the guys that opened the pool never turned on the main valve. On Tuesday May 3rd Scott came to check on the pressure issue and I wasn't home when I got his message I called back letting him know that we had fixed the issue and what had happened so he could make a note about the crew that opened my pool. Fast forward to today June 1st I go into Dave's Waves to have water tested and explain that I still had no ladder in the deep end of my pool and this was 5 weeks after I was told by 3 different people representing Dave's Waves it would be done. I explained how upset I was to Mandy and really didn't receive anything back about the company being sorry about our service or stating don't worry we will get this resolved. It was well this would be 4 to 5 hour job and they needed the money before completing none of which was said to me at any point in prior conversations. I just can't believe a company could go from being so good at customer service to being awful in such a short time. When I brought this to her attention she said what do you want us to do in a very unprofessional tone. I explained at that point I didn't want them to do anything I would take my business elsewhere.
