They were quick to respond and Mark was easy to work with. Setting up the appointment was quick and painless and Mark was good at explaining our options to us. I turns out that a lack of landmarks in our neighborhood made the job a little more difficult than anticipated, but Boundary Zone worked tirelessly to get the job done. Afterwards, their crew took the time to walk us through where the lines where, and it wasn't long after that we got our report. Boundary Zone is a great company to work with if you need you property lines surveyed.

Spoke with other more reputable surveyors who agreed with our title information and could not figure out what Jonny's issue was. We all figure he just wanted to drive up costs by fooling around rather than doing the job, unfortunately. Call the others in the area, avoid this place, even if it initially seems cheaper, you will have to hire someone else to get the job done again and get it done correctly per professional standards.

After receiving preliminary plans that showed no changes, I requested a call to discuss my project. It took approximately ten emails and direct involvement from the owner before a call was finally scheduled. That call was recorded. Following the call, there were 79 emails exchanged regarding my project. Throughout the process, I experienced what I believe was a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge. At one point, the owner accused me of making project changes and expecting work to be performed for free. Fortunately, the communications were documented through recordings and written correspondence, which I contradict those accusations. Given my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before hiring this company.

Jeremy just simply insist that all his mark are right cannot explain how he determined the corner bearing is match with deed map shows. Map was made on 1995 and use compass north. And compass north varies every year. He fail to prove that the new corner location bearing is as accurate as the map indicated. I have to hire another surveyor to redo the job.

They wanted a contract that outlined their process, deliverables and fees. Very clear so we proceeded with the work. This portion alone was 1,500$. For the contract I received an electronic file and six photocopies of a document with a civil stamp, I never received an actual copy of drawing with the actual stamp. I am now researching to see if it is valid. Later, we engaged a construction contractor who requested an additional drawing that was a combination of the survey data showing setbacks and the proposed addition to show how the house and garage would sit. They quickly produced the additional file and sent via email, no hard copies provided. Weeks later I get a generic invoice for almost a thousand dollars. No details or reference to the work provided. After trying to negotiate a fair price with Al , I recall him saying, "let me discuss with Mr Gaddy and I will get back to you via email." Well, that never happened but they were quick to put a lien on our home. Beware of their billing and claimed services provided. Look elsewhere first.
