The sciatica pain I tolerated for over 15 years was totally taking over my entire life. I could stand nor walk without severe pain. I came to see Dr. Jolley. He took the time to explain to me what he could do to eradicate my condition and help alleviate the pain. I understood what had to be done, and agreed to the procedure. As soon as I was awake, I already noticed that the sciatic pain was gone, even though I was in pain from surgery. After 4 hours, I was sitting up. After 6 hours I was standing and walking. After 1 week, I was able to walk up to 1/4 mile, and after 2 weeks, I was up to a mile. NO Sciatic pain! About 3.5 months after surgery I was climbing a rock wall, and doing other activities that I wasn't able to do for many years. Dr. Jolley has a wonderful demeanor and bedside manner. This was said to me before I had a chance to open my mouth. I was referred for Physical Therapy. Second appointment. He came in the room without looking at the physical therapist notes. I got emotional because this was so upsetting. I'm just looking for a game plan to get relief and get some of my life back. He referred me for a MRI. and before he walked out of the room turned around and told me "YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR MD ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH " I do see a doctor on a regular basis for years to help me and track my depression and anxiety. Third appointment. I didn't want to be in the room with him again. When I got the call to set up my follow up appointment I asked if he would even be looking at the results. I expressed to the staff how I had NEVER been gaslit by a doctor in my life!! My husband went with me. IT was as if a different doctor walked in that room that day. Explained I had spinal stenosis and actually sat down during this visit. Then referred me to pain management. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR. SOME ONE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARD WOMEN. I recently met another female patient of Dr Lashley who said he told her "you just need to lose weight" I am appalled!!!! It took up the whole of the third floor. And had various practitioners. My practitioner was actually a nurse practitioner who was truly amazing. well, let me not get to that. Let me start at the beginning. They had just started a new system for check-in that wasn't working. It was giving me problems and I was getting frustrated and the customer service was immaculate and they helped me it was very attentive. The nurse practitioner, and all of her staff treated me with such respect and kindness. I would completely recommend this place and go back many times over. they gave me a good treatment, plan and adequate medication to alleviate my symptoms . Plus the follow up call from my practitioner was such an awesome feeling. The office is dated in some areas, but who cares. I prioritize care over Albis and feng shui.

I've seen about 15 different doctors, specialist, surgeons.. etc. in the last 4 years , I've had several different surgeries, painful test and procedures, gone through so many different medications and had to deal with their side effects. My life has been totally shattered. Today was my first visit with Dr. Ball, I had heard that he was very kind from several of my own patients, being a nurse I always want to know how my patients feel about the specialist that we refer out to. They've all said that he was so kind, so helpful, and most said he helped them regain their lives back. I can't even express how correct they were, he is so kind spoken, his bed side manner is amazing, and I really felt like he saw me, that he felt my misery and really wants to help. I did not feel like just a number or that I should feel ashamed of the fact that I'm in daily pain and need help. Tomorrow when I return to work, I will give all the details to the doctor that I work for and we will only refer to him in the future. People who hurt everyday, all day, need help ! They don't need to be judged or treated as if they are drug seekers, or be made to feel ashamed. Yes there is an opioid epidemic ( I didn't get opioids) but even if I did the epidemic and street use has made it so hard for people who are suffering and need help from these medication types to get the medications that would help them to be able to enjoy and live life. The entire office worked very smoothly , everyone knew their job and stayed right on time completing task that were needed done before I seen Dr. Ball. I was so impressed by the stream line, and time management. Note, he made clear to the dr that he has had other steroids and didn't have that reaction. It was just this one. (Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?
