I'm adding one star as they did get a tarping company out for our condo roof. Make you feel guilty for calling them on a weekend because rain is falling in your living room . Emergencies happen thats why your staff rotate being on call . When you take a job you know whether you will be on call or not thats in your job description when you accept employment with them. Terrible response time or you are told sorry there isn't anything we can do for you as you are watching it rain in your living room. I also have to blame the condo board but there isn't enough time or space for that in this post. read more

This company is the perfect example of how a company should not be run. When a homeowner calls/emails for whatever reason, they respond with any possible unrealistic excuse, condescending as how the concern is not valid, outright ignorant and argumentative. Run the other way fast. read more

As another reviewer already wrote, Deanna is by far the rudest person I have even had the unfortunate experience in speaking with. She was so very rude and condescending, speaking down to me like a child. How are you in customer service is you are so rude? What a miserable individual. I got to speak with Deanna after speaking with the other receptionist Kaya, who didn't seem to know anything about her job and told me she had to put me on hold so she can go get the website for me when i asked about a website. How do you not know the website for your company. Come to find out, you can't get anything off of the website, so it is just as useless as these 2 rude employees. It will cost $50 to get a statement showing that my mom is in good standing to refinance. They do NOT provide monthly statements for the monthly HOA fees. All they do is deduct it out of the persons account. read more

Not taking care of business where is the manager!!!! Leaky roof, won't shovel parking spaces, not taking care of abandoning of cars.... Bad business. Hiring laxy cheap contractors, new roof but my ceiling is leaking on my furniture and floors read more

They are the worst management company I have ever worked with in my 16+ years in real estate. The individual who was working on the account for my clients did not respond until an attorney became involved. She then changed what was previously stated about the fees charged by the management company to process the paperwork. Additionally, because of the lack of response, the individual made a new claim about needing a cashier's check to expedite the paperwork- which only needed to be done because she didn't respond in the first place. The level of incompetence and ignorant staff is more than enough reason to run the other way! read more

If I could leave a review for less than one star I would. This management company does not deserve a star. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB against this management company and invite others to do the same. The entire staff at Cornerstone Management is rude, lacks customer service skills and is incompetent. They offer zero help over the phone and hang up on, lie to and mislead customers. My husband and I placed a check in the box on the night of March 15th and received a letter the very next day saying that our payment was late. For them to mail out that letter and for us to receive it the very next day, they had to have already considered our payment late 2-3 days before it was due. Not only did we receive a harsh threatening letter (we will send this amount to collections, etc) we also were spoken down to over the phone by the office receptionist as well as the manager when voicing our concerns. Cornerstone Management further went on to say that they sometimes pick the checks up at random times and dates and that there is no schedule for check pick up. The inconsistencies on there behalf are too great to list as the receptionist told me that checks are picked up twice a month on the first and fifteenth. At this point, we would like to warn future companies about conducting business with Cornerstone Management. Our check was in the box on March 15th and because of their inconsistencies with picking up the checks, we have no idea whether or not the checks were picked up earlier than the 15th of March. There is no way that if they were picked up on the night of Feb 15th or the 16th like the Management office stated, that we should have received a late notice on March 16th in the mail- it is physically impossible for mail that is dropped off in Frankfort to be delivered the same day to another township. read more

I continue to have a great relationship with all staff of Cornerstone Management. They are professional, customer service is outstanding and extremely responsive to owners concerns. Best management company out there! Christina is by far an exceptional representative of Cornerstone Management. If you question your current HOA Management Company, speak with Cornerstone. read more

The staff is incompetent, rude, and unwilling to help. I have had the same repair done to my townhome 4 times in 4 years. I am still having the same problem. They referred me to another company. I was told by the property manager, Kris, "this is all the board is paying for". They charge a monthly association fee that is supposed to cover roof repairs. I am beyond disgusted by this company! Needless to say, this is not the only instance where they have failed me as a resident of their association. I do not recommend any townhome condo association use them ever! read more

I disagree with negative reviews on this company. While some of the complaints might be valid, one needs to talk to Jill to get extraordinary service. She is overly competent, is very personable and reliable, is keenly aware of critical management issues and is highly professional. I would give her an "A" for exceptional business sense and intellect. I would recommend her to anyone. She is an ace and supervises the management of our 24 unit condo building with a flair for expertise. If I owned a management company, she is just the type of person for whom I would be looking. read more
