There is a leaky faucet, mold and significant water damage to 3 cabinets, one cabinet located under the kitchen sink and one cabinet on each side of the kitchen sink. No pictures of the kitchen sink cabinets were taken and included in the 4-Point Inspection Form. I relied on this report to purchase a house and the report misrepresented the condition of the Kitchen Cabinets and the faucet. This may have been intentional or not, I have no way of knowing. However, I did receive a Full refund(cost of inspection only) from the owner and President Scott Keiper.

Unfortunately it failed the Wind Mitigation so no Insurance would cover it without me paying $1,000s of $$$$ to have the roof retro-fitted. Robert refused to amend (could say falsify) his Wind Report so apparently the Agent and/or Insurance got together and got an Inspector who would "fix" the report so the house would pass Wind Mitigation and could be insured and sell. Other than being blatant fraud I knew this would only lead to problems for me (not Agent, Insurance, or other Inspector) after I bought the house so I optioned-out of the contract. When I found a 2nd house I knew I wanted Robert to do the Inspection. I wanted an Inspector who was ethical, had integrity, honest, professional and Robert had shown he had all these qualities. Any Buyer who has Robert do their pre-buy inspection or any work can absolutely have confidence the work is thorough, accurate, and honest.
