With specific adjustments and the SpineMed, I am pain free. I still have a herniation but the changes from Dr. Carabasi's treatments have made the area stable. No, headaches or neck pain or dizziness ... ALL GONE! Thank you so much to Dr. C and his super kind team. I also love the way they went over all the fees before I got treatment. My choices were to pay in advance, do a payment plan or pay by the visit. I chose to pay in advance and I am glad I did. This did help me stick to my prescribed plan and now I am writing a review and telling everybody: GO SEE Dr. Charles Carabasi. He knows what he is doing! (My mom is going on Wednesday.)

Do not go to this crook. His office may look good visually but its disgusting. He does not sanitize…read morehis equipment or his pillows or bedding. He also tries to flirt with patients and staff. He tends to be friendly but talks about you to staff after you leave the office. He has a hight turn over with staff because either he comes on to them or he doesn't want to pay them what they're worth. He actually makes racial comments to those who will listen. His office is also dated with not enough equipment. As for the staff April ,she will do anything he says to her to keep her job. The best thing I can say about the place is the new girl they hired Elizabeth that was actually a breath of fresh air and cleaned behind each patient. Women beware of his adjustments even though its an open space. God forbid you make an appointment on one of his golf days. He thinks that all people that live in Philly is scum ghetto and poor. All he does is talk about his upbringing in a white society. He should not be able to massage or adjust a stuffed animal without supervision! Keep your money and go elsewhere! He's a creep!!!

I fear I stumbled into an ulterior universe then what has been reviewed here. My visit for an…read moreannual was pretty much useless. The doctor (sorry completely unmemorable, so forgot his name) seemed fairly distracted. I understand I mentioned I wanted wait until my new med. ins. kicked in for a full battery of blood work, but I assume that basic blood work is covered with the annual check up that is part of my plan. It wasn't until I was walking home that I realized I had had no blood work done. I called back to inquire why and the receptionist check with the doctor who said he wanted to wait until I had my new insurance. Not that I hold alot of sway to offices, but this one was kind of like a rental car waiting room, in the basement. And while I was waiting some guy was listening to language tapes loudly w/o earphones. In my opinion the receptionist should have told him to take it outside. After about 20 min. of that I had to ask him to put earphones in or take it outside. Kind of a waste of 2 hrs. of my time all around. Certainly a useless apt.
