She helped me with choosing table styles and colors also made sure we were getting the best deal that we could before ordering the table. She would even text me instead of having to go in all time for any questions we both had, that made things so much easier with having three kids. The day I did go in to select colors she was so good with the kids and let them sit on the beds which kept them busy and happy! I will recommend her to anyone and La-Z-Boy seems like a great place to shop with amazing quality furniture.

I had such a bad experience at Lazy Boy Red Deer, that I wrote a two-page letter to their head…read moreoffice. I spent a year visiting the store searching for the perfect couch and chair. On September 1st I walked into the store with $1000 and ordered three pieces, a couch and two chairs. I was told the furniture would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. I expected the furniture to arrive well before Christmas. When the furniture did not arrive by Christmas I started calling the store and visiting the store on a regular basis, I always talked to the sales person who took my order, her name was Christine. Every time I got a different excuse and most of the time she didn't know why the furniture was late. At NO time did she EVER call me or email me to keep me updated. Had she taken the time to call or email, I might not have been so mad. Once they got my money I was ignored. The furniture finally arrived February 25th - 6 months after I ordered it. When the truck arrived at our house, we were not at home so they took the furniture back to the store. I had called Christine and told her specifically to call my husbands cell phone when the truck was on its way so someone could be there, she did not do that and our furniture went back to the store. The second time the truck arrived, my husband was at home and the truck driver refused to unload the furniture unless we paid the remaining balance owed. That was not our original deal, we had signed up for the 12 payment plan at the store with a $1000 down payment. My husband was on the phone with the store for 30 minutes until they finally convinced the truck driver to unload our furniture. The customer service I received was so unbelievably bad that if there was a zero rating, that's what they would get. Christine eventually told me that our order had been LOST at the factory and she had to re-order the furniture which is why it took so long. I'll never buy anything from Lazy Boy, and my advice to other people is BUYER BEWARE.

This company is really good at what they do! They're good at keeping in touch, they're…read moreconscientious and care about you and your stuff, and they do their best to provide superb service. I've hired them twice now and have been more than happy both times! Moving is not usually very fun, but when you have great help, it makes a big difference. Many thanks to you guys! Some tips to help your move go smoothly: Keep in mind that moves are not simple formulas. Moving companies will often have multiple bookings on any given day, and the earlier bookings can hold up the later ones. This is not because the movers are inefficient (they're actually very efficient) but because a lot of things can't be controlled for such as walking distance, stairs, weather, and how well your things are (or aren't) packed. Also, be prepared for your move to take longer than you think its going to, again, not because this company is inefficient and slow, but because moving takes time! So pad your budget to avoid any surprises. Also, don't haggle on the amount due at the end, that's not classy. They've provided a helpful and effective service, and they deserve to get paid. A cash tip for each employee helps to show your appreciation, even if you can only afford a small amount.

It has been over a month now that I've lived in my new place STILL with no back door, and my landlord has had extreme difficulty in even contacting this company in regards to getting the job done. The last encounter was especially upsetting- as the date arranged to install the door had FINALLY came, my husband and I were up by 7 am to let them in, and they proceeded to park outside, take a few "measurements", got in their van and left without thinking of ringing us (which they had complete capability). This has been extremely frustrating as my husband and I just want the apartment we had been waiting for, patio door included. My piece of advice is just go to Don's.
