This is a small - but packed - consignment store with lots of dresses, shirts and jewelry. However, the focus seems to be on the younger set and I had to ask her where the sizes were since they aren't labeled. I did try on a couple things but nothing to suit me and the prices were a bit higher than I like to pay. However, they did have this sweet hand cut ornament which I'll use as a stamp. Wish they would have had more designs! It's worth the stop if you're in the area, but not a place I'd drive to Makawao for. read more

I liked this little shop in Makawao, with a fair amount of selection for everyone in the family. Maybe it's just me, but the prices on the women's clothing seemed a little high. But there are some deals to be found in the downstairs room, or the two dollar bin. I found a really nice jigsaw puzzle which was a super deal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite busy when I visited in the middle of the day during the week. I will probably come here again and see what they have to offer when I am Upcountry. There is a public parking lot across Makawao Avenue, which is just a short walk away. read more

Do not consign there without a receipt for your stuff, and a selling price. They completely ripped me off for jewelry professionally appraised at $300 the manager says was sold for $27. A while ago, I took a bag of clothing and it was really nice clothing plus accessories. The local slim Hawaiian or Filipina girl assisted me, sorting through what I had so they can sell it. She cashiers too. She took majority of everything that I had. I KNOW, I should be getting back a good amount of money for it. I was surprisingly SHOCKED when all I made was $8.00. MAKES NO SENSE! I couldn't believe it!! I will NEVER bring anything to this store to sell! I'm thinking that worker TOOK IT or POCKETED the money. I mean, something happened!! IT WAS OBVIOUS! I love consignment shopping and Cornerstone Consignment is my favorite consignment store. It's a blessing that they're not located near me or I'd be there all the time. A cute little store in the heart of Makawao. Look for a green building with white trim. The shop owner, Shannon always greet with a smile and will assist you in finding what you're looking for. The items are clean and not in good condition. You're not buying things in garage sale status. There's so many different choices. From leisure attire to designer labels. Shoes, household items, vintage wear and even crystals!!! Look for their sale rack and you'll definitely walk away with a steal! I definitely found a some steals in their $1 bin! I've liked this place before, but since Covid I do not think they are safe. I went into this shop earlier in 2020 (during the pandemic) and the staff were not wearing masks or using the plastic sheet they have in place at the cash register area. I went in again this past Wednesday to give them another shot and again neither of the staff members were wearing their masks. Additionally, when I went into either room the staff left (perhaps due to covid, but considering they weren't wearing masks I just do not understand), but IMO it was poor customer service to not even engage/acknowledge me. read more

By far one of the best boutique shops on Maui! My daughters and I love to shop at this consignment store; the staff is always pleasant and helpful! We love all of the one-of-a-kind finds every time we stop in. The prices are too good to be true and the selections are always quality. This is a wonderful little spot to go "treasure hunting." Each time I go I am greeted warmly and asked if I need any help while I'm browsing. I walked out the other day with two shirts and a pair of pants and spent around twenty-seven dollars. Some of the clothing items I have purchased at this shop are my favorites. There's always a wide variety and everything is priced just right. Thank you for creating a place for affordable clothing on Maui! I was stoked that a consignment shop opened upcountry, and had a good shop. Then, I consigned a whole suitcase full of clothing, just before leaving for an extended vacation. Upon my return, I was dismayed that I had heard nothing from them. So, I stopped by, and someone I did not know told me that my clothing had been donated, and I had earned $4!!! Been selling here for months and out of all the items I've brought I've made only about 30 bucks, I wasn't upset about this because it's nice to have some pocket money for things you no longer use...but my issue with this place is that I had at least 200 bucks worth of items waiting to be sold at their shop and they donated it before I could even come get it. Due to covid they closed like everyone else but my pick up days was scheduled days after they closed their shop. They didn't bother to let anyone who had stuff for sale there know they were closing and to come pick up the stuff so I basically involuntarily gave away a whole box of good things to these people to toss without any chance to pick it up. I won't be coming back here and I suggest you don't trust your stuff with them unless you wanna get cheated. read more
