I love the peaceful environment, freedom of movement, independent style of learning and the focus on each child's "style" of learning. The classroom is bright, happy and well equipped. The outdoor area is amazing and allows the children to experience nature and play. The "Buddies Program" with the 10 & 11 year olds is amazing. Each preschooler gets a "Big Buddy" that reads to them once a week and celebrates holidays and other special events with them. The bonds created are wonderful and go beyond anything I have seen any where else. Spectrum also offers before and after school care in a safe and naturing environment. This school is full of suburb kids thinking there hard the staff is terrible everybody dislikes…read more the freshmen office principals ms celinas, and mr wimberly the security staff "Chris" states that he carry's gun outside of school theyll take likings to certain kids and let them off easy while others get expelled or made to go to court and getting fines and drug charges theres broken sinks doors takin off the boys bathroom they'll send your kid home for anything sometimes the security will lie or the principles ms celinas and mr wimberly will do something like tell a different story to your parents this is a bad school in terms of staff quality teaching quality I don't recommend any parent or student to come here any time of the year at all I know a lot of people in this school that are trying to transfer to different schools because of the staff they'll try to get you for anything even if you have a pass or a good excuse and a pass some mr Wimberly will try to power over you and tryed to send me home and other people as well home because of nothing which seems false but is true I know multiple people who've gotten expelled from here and sent to an alternative school far and if you or your child does not have a car or a ride that can get you there well know you have to ride on a city bus 2 hours before school even starts to get there and if you miss even one bus your yn if you send your child here and something happens and they tell you believe him or her ive seen kids smoking nicotine,weed,and I know people who thought they were smoking a cart in Jefferson but got laced

The summer program is terrific! They keep the kids busy going on great field trips that are related to a curriculum that they have all summer. My son has made some really great friends and has had the most positive experiences at this KinderCare, I don't know what we would do with out the teachers and amazing director!!
