After requesting them, he asked what I wanted on the ticket several times. I repeated what I wanted every time he asked. After all of that, the ticket didn't have the Power Play. He got rude and argumentative about it. Claiming I didn't ask for that. After he made me repeat myself so many times. He walked away and I said you got my money and I didn't get my ticket. He made a face, demanded another dollar, and finally gave me my ticket. Childish, rude, unprofessional!! This is the last rude incident I am going to tolerate at this store just because it is closer and more convenient. They always act put upon to have to serve customers, no matter how kind you are. There are other 7- Elevens with much nicer people. From now on, I am going to drive a little further to another one where they're always nice, the place is clean, and they make you feel welcome.

I always hate it when I go to a gas station and after getting a full tank my hands smell and look like I put in a 10 hour day at an oil refinery. I tried to prepay $20 cash today and get a $0.70 King Soopers grocer discount. However, after only pumping in $5.26 in gas, the pump was shut off, and a message appeared on the pump indicating that the pump had been stopped, and to see the cashier inside. The cashier said that my tank must be full, which it was not. When I asked her to put the balance back in at the discount price, she said she couldn't do it, so I had to put the remaining gallons in at the regular price. On an earlier occasion, a similar "glitch" happened, and I was switched to the highest grade of gas instead of the lowest grade of gas. On a third prior occasion, the cashier entered only $10 instead of $20, so I was only able to get half my tank at the discount price. Any one of these incidents, alone, I would have ignored (and I did, until it happened a third time). I am going to go back to the Loaf n Jug in Highlands Ranch from now on.

Fell at the car wash because it was iced over and no one had shoveled the ice at the exit. When walking around to the other side I slipped on a sheet of ice and fell on my arm/back. Line of cars waiting outside the entrance of the car wash, alarm sounding telling me to "exit the car wash" and no one there to help. Someone needs to monitor those areas and make sure they are cleared off so this doesn't happen again. This used to be my go to car wash location too.

You can buy car wash tokens for the car wash next to it. Problem is the car wash a lot of times isn't working.
