Prices pretty fair for a convenience store though of course not as good as a big liquor store or grocery. And gas prices aren't much more than the Sinclair down the block, so I did fill up here before I got an EV. family-owned and I feel I have met most of the family.

The pumps were clean and fully operational and the surrounding area was clean and clear of any trash. I always hate it when I go to a gas station and after getting a full tank my hands smell and look like I put in a 10 hour day at an oil refinery. I can honestly say that I've never had that at a Shell. Plus my rewards card saves me up to . 25¢ a gallon. Clean, fast, reliable service time and time again makes me a loyal customer that keeps coming back again and again.

I tried to prepay $20 cash today and get a $0.70 King Soopers grocer discount. However, after only pumping in $5.26 in gas, the pump was shut off, and a message appeared on the pump indicating that the pump had been stopped, and to see the cashier inside. The cashier said that my tank must be full, which it was not. When I asked her to put the balance back in at the discount price, she said she couldn't do it, so I had to put the remaining gallons in at the regular price. On an earlier occasion, a similar "glitch" happened, and I was switched to the highest grade of gas instead of the lowest grade of gas. On a third prior occasion, the cashier entered only $10 instead of $20, so I was only able to get half my tank at the discount price. Any one of these incidents, alone, I would have ignored (and I did, until it happened a third time). I am going to go back to the Loaf n Jug in Highlands Ranch from now on.

Fell at the car wash because it was iced over and no one had shoveled the ice at the exit. My car…read morewas stuck halfway in/out of the car wash and wheels were spinning so I tried to get out and scrape the ice myself. When walking around to the other side I slipped on a sheet of ice and fell on my arm/back. Line of cars waiting outside the entrance of the car wash, alarm sounding telling me to "exit the car wash" and no one there to help. Someone needs to monitor those areas and make sure they are cleared off so this doesn't happen again. This used to be my go to car wash location too.
