I have become good friends with her and others who work there. I would trust her with my life. To some extent I have been trusting Sue and the whole Company with my most valuable possessions for more than a decade. Every year I do BIG business with them. Sue is very good at what she does. She also has made time to get to know me and my family and we all consider her a friend of the family. She actually has been there for me when I was in tough situations and I have been able to ask for large sums of money. Without contacting me first which is not the way business is done. I was told there was a mistake and the item had been sold in store. I have no way of knowing if they made a mistake or this was an error but I asked if perhaps they could give me a deal on another Gibson Guitar. I was told that they have 8 stores and they cannot make deals on other stores merchandise. So they screwed up and would not honor the sale or sell me a replacement. I would not buy from this establishment's stores at any price. STAY AWAY!!!!
