Dr Klassen, and her amazing staff, have done an amazing job since taking over the practice. The entire office is dedicated to serving patients in the best way possible, from start to finish - from the moment we walk in the door and are greeted by name, to the clear and open communication that the dental hygienists have with us during and after our cleanings and exams. They even manage to get my energetic 5-year-old to sit still for an entire cleaning! I have recently had to get old fillings replaced, and needed a crown, and - while sitting in the dentist's chair isn't necessarily the way I want to spend every afternoon - each experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Charges seem to be a little less expensive then some other dentists in town. Parking is behind the office, which is right on Main in the downtown area. Dr. Donnell and staff are courteous, and most of all gentle - shots & fillings are almost painless. I had to have a crown, and he & his assistant took great care to have it match the rest of my teeth. Parking is free, behind the building, which is a bonus.

I had been to the dentist 6 months prior and had none so I thought this was kind of strange. Not only did they tell me I had eight cavities, but they shamed me for my dental hygiene. They told me that I need to be careful of "letting go" of my dental health and that I need to be better. They told me that genetics have nothing to do with dental health (factually incorrect) and that my EIGHT cavities were a result of my own neglect and I needed to get them filled immediately. And they never even cleaned my teeth before I left. I waited one hour in the waiting room, and one hour in the chair for them to shame me and then another 45 minutes for them to realize the hygienist skipped me, and sent me home. I never saw the hygienist and they never cleaned my teeth. It was ridiculous. I, of course, got a second opinion through a doctor my family trusts at home and I had one cavity the whole time. ONE. All of the shaming was for nothing. And even if I had eight cavities that is horrible behavior towards a patient. Dental care is hard enough. Most don't have the privilege of going every year. To spend an hour shaming me for something non-existent is wild. They are absolute bullies here. I was sobbing in my car after my appointment. I felt ashamed and I felt scared over NOTHING. Don't go here. Don't let them pressure you into getting life-altering operations because it feeds their pockets. I wish I could give this experience zero stars.
