I have been going to Dr. Mark Becker for over 2 years after being referred to his office by my long…read moretime dentist Dr. Jeffrey Barley. I have been welcomed and treated with great care since my transfer to Dr. Becker. Both he and his staff are efficient and truly concerned about my Dental health. I am reassured that I have been given excellent care. Besides my regular 6 months check-ups, I am given prompt appointments when I become aware of something just not right within my mouth cavity. This courtesy and concern is a stress reducer. Yesterday I had an experience being scheduled in a timely manner after I noticed a cavity 2 months before my 6 month appointment. Dr. Becker and his dental assistant repaired my tooth and I did not even need numbing. My tooth looks great and my partial fits better. Checking out with the receptionist/ office manager is like talking to an old friend who is willing to answer my questions about billing and insurance. So I give Dr Becker and his staff a top rating in this review and as I recommend him to others. Marlene Honeywell

I informed the office staff of this change and said that we are using a PPO and they do not list you as a dentist on our plan, could you please have them add you. They called us back and advised us that we are able to keep Dr. Michalak under the same type of plan as we had with our old plan which is we did not have to pay for routine cleaning and such, however a month after our first appointment with the dentist along came a bill. I never the less cancelled my next appointment with this dentist and am in search of one that is in my PPO. Even though I really liked Dr. Michalak, I will not be going back because he is out of network and they do not want to do the paperwork to join our network. Thank you.
