A place in Huron to buy groceries. Cornell's is nothing impressive. It has the usual kind of stuff. Good thing is that it's locally owned. The prices are average or about typical. Has a good selection for a small place. It has a pretty big produce section. Many fresh looking items the last time. Friendly service for the most part. They have a pretty good layout so it's not too hard finding stuff. Also has fresh made items. They have baked goods and salads in the deli part. It seems like a typical place to buy food. One of the better places in town to shop. The prices are comparable to other stores. read more

A small DIY market is always just what I've been searching for as it's always the best place to get delicious local goodies as well as some of your favorite mainstream goodies as well so it's like a total win win for everyone! We totally stumbled across this awesome store and what we found inside rocked in soo many ways as they have a ton of delicious products that I haven't seen anywhere else in the area with lots of local treats you soo know that it was an adventure through each isle! Out front we found fresh cut wreaths inside a bunch of local apples honey as well as hams amongst all the goodies in here they had a wine cave with a bunch of delicious bottles like there's sooo much good stuff in here that you really can't go wrong anyway shop it. The prices here were reasonable too with everything about average as you'd find in other places so that's always a plus but all the awesome local things were the real kicker. Overall you sooo know that I'll be coming back here again to get what's good like I did before one holiday and with more coming it's even more of a reason to comeback and search for what's totally good again! read more

I am always grateful for a community to have a grocery store nearby and I have always shopped at this location even if the prices are not the best, but it is definitely time for a few improvements. The most important one would be a self checkout aisle! Even Aldi has self checkout now and I love it! I am sure that more people would shop at your store if those old ladies at the checkouts were not throwing their groceries around! Food costs too much for that and it really ticks me off! Cornell's is a small local grocery store that is great for picking up last minute needs. it is clean and well stocked and their meat is very good. since the pandemic, I'm inclined to use it much more since it's not horribly crowded like the bigger stores. Everyone is always friendly- a nice atmosphere. read more

Found a nice big bug in the potato salad I bought. My 1 year old Neice was eating it and there was bug parts on mine and and my husbands plates. Called the store after it happened and the lady told me she'd write it down and the owner would be in contact with me Monday. Monday- no call. I call Monday and I get a rude nasty lady saying they must have forgot about it and that I'll be called Tuesday. Tuesday- no call. I call today and the owner tells me, "I don't know what you want us to do"... !!!! What!!? I want you to be aware and acknowledge your potato salad had a bug in it and maybe apologize?! I will never bring my business here again! Rude, unapologetic, uncaring business! They obviously don't care about their customers and the quality of their food. Didn't even want my money back that bad, just to let them know and the first thing I get told is "I don't know what you want us to do about it". read more
