Chef Brandy was super responsive to our inquiry, professional to deal with, and she prepared a meal in our home that surpassed many that we've had at very upscale restaurants. Shodan showed up and got everything dialed in right on time for our event. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. The grazing table is something I'll daydream of often now that I've seen and gotten to taste so many amazing things from it. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on.
